Well done ,, ive done a fair bit of running.. Not professionaly , I'm seventy now , fit .. Any advice how I get into veteran running plz . I am fairly quick .

@@irishmasterathletes Hi , I'm in Teesside, north Yorkshire.. Thanks for your reply .. 👍.. I can run all distances , I did the Great north run half marathon at 60 yrs old ,, My time was 1hr 32 mins .. I came in a very respectable 4,000 out of 40,000 runners .. Im looking at 100 metres, 200 and 400 metres , possibly 800 metres .. I would appreciate any good advice.. What to do .. Thank you .
