Brilliant by the Master Women's Runners of Ireland 3 World Records.Not since Ireland ran 4 over 40yrs Sub 4 minute Relay miles in Belfield Track in UCD has a Combined World Record Beat All 🙂👍

@@irishmasterathletes Hi , I'm in Teesside, north Yorkshire.. Thanks for your reply .. 👍.. I can run all distances , I did the Great north run half marathon at 60 yrs old ,, My time was 1hr 32 mins .. I came in a very respectable 4,000 out of 40,000 runners .. Im looking at 100 metres, 200 and 400 metres , possibly 800 metres .. I would appreciate any good advice.. What to do .. Thank you .
