I figured out Loki!!! Tom is actually Loki from when he escaped Thanos (via clone), and since he can't win power by fighting, he instead conquers by making everyone love him. Just look how he controls the room of fans! Also the way he says "I'm the Trickster" I just thought of a cat...Tom is really Loki and a cat.
