Season 5 of the Great British Menu. Competing chefs have to scour the land to unearth the very finest produce, celebrating Britain's home grown food.
The final banquest is hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales, who is a long-time advocate of local, seasonal food, and also serves as the President of the National Trust.

sorry I don't understand the connection between a quail/crayfish scotch egg and a 'garden' of cress with a 'bucket o'mayo'

@@tomasina3 i was complaining more about how the bucket and ''garden' fits with the ball? I guess people kick balls in the garden then knock the bucket over, spewing paint over the patio? (ok no patio lol)

@@chrish12345 I think it's more to do with the fact that people eat this sort of dish at a picnic because the dish is kind of similar to a scotch egg. Hence the plating.

@@rexregum6693 most people eat a Scotch Egg at a buffet for a family gathering - maybe it symbolizes the 'Green Green Grass Of Home'?

Tom Kerridge is a talented chef - shame he has become so pretentious - and rips people off charging thirty five pounds for fish and chips at Harrods.

Literally serving turbot fish and chips possibly the most expensive way to make a fish and chips stop crying I'm sure you'd manage to afford it

Harrods is for tourists. Don’t go there if you want anything of quality or decent price. That being said- it’s turbot fish and chips. Basically like an a5 wagyu beef burger. A very expensive ingredient so it makes sense
