Part 10: • Tom Mesereau on Chris ...
Part 8: • Tom Mesereau on Prosec...
Part 1: • Tom Mesereau on Defend...
--------
In this clip, Tom Mesereau addressed why there were no Black jurors in Michael Jackson 2005 criminal trial, and he pointed out that there weren't a lot of Black people living in the community. He then spoke about getting to know people in the community ahead of the trial, and many of Michael's neighbors said they supported him and believed the charges were "BS." Tom also addressed people asking about Michael's kids being biologically his, and you can hear his response above.

it’s funny that people say his kids aren’t his as if biology and genes only work one way in all circumstances. If you only know basic biology, then just say that, but stop trynna invalidate these kids & their biological relationship with Michael. A set of mixed twins came out looking completely different from each other (Lucy and Marie Alymer). One that looks Black & the other has white skin w/ ginger hair. Genes are clearly complex and let’s remember that recessive genes are a thing. Not all mixed kids gon look like zendaya

I LOVE Michael, but those children are not biologically his. Don't set him up for these weirdos to start dragging him in this comment section. you know they hate him. Mike was on different medications for his lupus, anorexia, and painkillers. He was prescribed things that can cause fertility issues in his mid 30s so it would've taken longer for him to have children. He didn't use his own sperm, and we know.

I am a doctor & I can tell you all three are his biological kids. This ignorance about mixed race genetics is surprising in 2021. I feel it has more to do with racism than anything else.. the denial of the black parent if the kids are white passing.. that is extremely racist & unfair. Black parents with white passing children have been stopped at airports under suspicions of trafficking so it’s really racist & prejudiced.

Regarding the paternity of his children "Back in 1997 I published a newspaper editorial in San Diego's North County Times (02/09/97) on the details of a postnuptial contract he ordered his attorneys to write up for him. It was to provide him with exclusive rights to his not-yet-born child should he split up with Debbie Rowe (his "nominal" wife at the time). My article wasn't simply about Michael, but about the excesses of our capitalistic system, which seemed to permit traditional ethical values to simply be "bought out" at the right price. Here's the original piece: JACKSON'S BABY DEAL AN EXAMPLE OF CAPITALIST VALUES RUN AMOK I read in your paper recently that Michael Jackson had signed a multimillion-dollar deal to purchase outright (if need be) his own offspring. Assured through DNA testing that his wife-of-convenience, Debbie Rowe, is in fact carrying his baby, he has reportedly had his attorneys fashion a contract wherein should the marriage deteriorate and the two of them split up, he would obtain exclusive rights to the child. In this (not at all unlikely) event, his wife has allegedly agreed--for the tidy compensation of $2.3 million--"never to see the child again." - Leon F Seltzer Ph.D., PsychologyToday

Debbie was a surrogate, and that’s how all surrogacy works. MJ even gave wife status to her for a while which surrogates do not get, coz she was his friend & he wanted his children born in wedlock. MJ was always into Lisa, Debbie just offered to give him children when he was really low & beginning to feel his dream if fatherhood slipping away after Lisa refused. He accepted. He continued seeing Lisa after the divorce till 2003. Debbie was aware.

MJ had the best lawyer ever! He didn't make the case about race he didn't turn it into a clown show He gave Michael Jackson the best defense I think I've ever heard from a lawyer that was honest and forthcoming,He knew the man Michael Jackson and he told Michael Jackson stand on your own merit stand on who you are and not what other people are trying to make you out to be!That's why his lawyer said don't let the nation of Islam all these black activist that are only going to turn this into a clown show turn them away stand with the people stand with your family stand on who you are!And plus people need to leave his kids alone

Is it really important if they are or aren't his biological children? The person who raised you is much more important than the sperm donor! Michael might not have been their biological father but he was their real father!

For those who don't know Tom M is a renowned lawyer. In his prime he was one of the go to lawyers if you had serious issues and deep pockets. Lawyers don't really want to talk bad about former clients because it's unethical and bad for their future clients so he's being upfront. Some people will never believe MJ is innocent because it doesn't fit their narrative so they need to constantly look for evil. I think MJ was brilliant in some ways but nieve in certain ways of the world because he never had a childhood.
