as a baker olly you need a heat mass bricks or sand even heavy metal or as soon as you open doors your temps gone maybe a trip too your nearest bakers would clue you up. gl

There has to be a side hustle there? 20 foot oven, ideal for giant Yorkshire puddings, enormous birthday/wedding cakes, massive oven chips, 200 roast geese and a 1000 bird pigeon pie! (Not necessarily at the same time) 🤣 😂 Great video. Best wishes, Colin.

The steel on the floor of the container will absorbe the heat if you put the trays underneath... you need soft fans to circulate the heat around the bread box...

Quiz question answer is a Anderson (or Anderson style) power connector. I'd guess 12v of clicking jump leads into. I've got one on my car, saves faffing taking the cover off to jump cars.

with the bread, you could let it prove in that oven with just a small lot of coals, so you dont have to move it and risk losing all the air build up inside, and great job on recovery, you really are great for the community

Why not use a gas burner to heat the container as it would be far more controllable. And make the tray to bake the bread in 4.8x1.2 metre and make the side height fit the volume you require as you are more likely to get it to cook

The insulation in the ceiling the lads are putting in, squirt expanding foam in the little gaps where it’s not tight, will help hold it in and be more effective at keeping heat in 👌

Be careful sitting the trays with charcoal in, on the concrete. Concrete explodes with heat easier than you think.

Fella could have called his own recovery truck. Everyone knows a fella with a trailer. We had a coil snap and the gas strut was weedy so a corner was hanging low. We got a recovery vehicle for £50. We are in Telford where everything is basically London price.

Don't put your charcoal straight on top of the concrete, the heat will blow a hole in the concrete. Seventy-five percent today, enjoying the videos.

Put a few lenghts of angle iron on the concrete point up to slide the trays on, will make sliding easier and also protect the concrete aswell

I think the recovery firm and the Old Bill owe you a big favour for making their job so much easier. Unfortunately their jobs are controlled by numerous confusing rules where a farmer is only controlled by practicalities. (Will it work? ✅Is it safe?✅. then crack on and get the job done. 😉👍.
