It's two band's coming together here the first room was Annenmaykantereit where the guy with the deep voice is the lead singer of and the second room was Giant Rooks. Both bands are really popular in germany. Giant Rooks sing in english and Annenmaykantereit in german but they give some great english ones too.

Absolutely mind blowing my first time hearing Henning May’s voice 🤯 I recommend his cover of Come Together by The Beatles and Roxane by Sting. Both are incredible

3:00 most people don't naturally just sound like that when singing yeah, its a style and it takes a lot of work on subtle distortion and grit, but specifically for us lower baritones and basses that is actually one of the most natural feeling ways to sing up in the higher register. That sort of vocal style almost tricks the ears, it doesn't exactly sound like he is singing all that high but he is belting with some force there. I grew up with a lot of rock and metal so singing like that is one of the most natural things for me personally as a bass, it really does make you sound older and more soulful.

henning may's (raspy voice guy :P) cover of the needle and the damage done is a good showcase of him singing softer, since you mentioned being curious about hearing the rasp in that sort of tone! :D

The song celebrates the end of the world and is called "hurra, die welt geht unter" (K.I.Z. featuring Henning May), "Hurray the world is ending" in english. I hear the translations of the video aren't very good, so if you wanted to watch it, you would need additional translations from a different source. I really enjoyed your joy while watching!
