if u know tom sachs art u know that he’s always making like plywood chanel bags or i’ve even seen an interview where he talks about going and buying fake gucci or prada sunglasses and saying that’s the way bc it’s more disposable and thus u get to wear it more often and with real use too compared to the real version your afraid to damage it. I think with the resale on this but how sick the shoe is and who tom sachs is as an artist and consumer it’s only right to cop the faky if u can’t get the real pair

I just hope y'all know there's various batches of reps and various tiers of quality. Depends if you want to spend $30 or over $100 on the reps. Fake or not you pay for quality and also if it's flawed it can be fixed with the next batch.

Good looking shoes, but they ONLY reason they are highly regarded is because of the small supply. These could have been a wide release and tons of people would have purchased, but now way in hell you'd call them a top 10 shoe all-time. That's outlandish.

I have a fake pair, Size 11 US ($300) if anybody’s interested. They look exactly like the pair in the video, but they’ve definitely been worn. I’d say about a 8/10 Condition. I have them posted on Grailed at the moment. Dope shoe, but nobody’s (relatively speaking) paying $2,000-$3,000 for a damn sneaker.

To bad such a classic look and comfy fit has to be surrounded by so much BS. I just got the nike challenger off noir/silver with the brown burlap tounge, retail 90. Catch um on sale soon for 65. I really don't understand the hype on this shoe. It looks just like regular retro beater, and has no special modern tech in it. The fake pair looks exactly the same and probably feels similar in comfort as the originals don't have any special cushioning tech anyway.
