Yes! This is perfect for a bbq :) Especially right now while tomatoes are in season. I would recommend keeping the topping separate until you are ready to serve it or even just putting the topping into a bowl and having the bread on the side. Love the new version of bruschetta but the ch is a k sound, i always melt the montzarella and then add the tomatoes mix with olive oil.

Yes, I know how it should be pronounced. lol This is one of my husbands pet peeves as well! At the time I posted this video I used to pronounce it broosheta because most people would pronounce it that way and I did not feel like getting in to it. Like forte. Thanks for watching!
