Karnal Sher Khan was a military officer of the Pakistan Army. He was one of only eleven recipients of the Nishan-e-Haider. He was a captain in the 27th Sindh Regiment of the Pakistan Army and later was posted to the 12th NLI Regiment during the Kargil Conflict. He was killed in action during the Kargil War.

@@amittatarpuriaharyana3446 Bhai indian army to itni dar rahi thi ke Sher Khan ke sath 17 soldiers par 2 Indian battalions ne attack kia our 1 battalion me 900 se 1000 tak sanik hote hain. 2 battalions ke attack ke bawajood Sher Khan bahaduri se lada. agar Indian army me bahaduri hoti to Pakistani 17 sainiko ke liye Indian 2000 sainiko ko na behjte. rahi baat mausam ki tu bahadur Pakistani sainki isse mausam me waha par the jaha se Indian sainik mausam ki waja se bhag gaye hai.
