Great video Tom. It's been really interesting to see the journey of the pit from a concrete shed floor to being used in anger. You can really tell how pleased you are with it and you should be! Thank you for taking the time to film and share it with us.

I used to service and repair road trailers (all types) bearings/brakes etc, there is nothing more satisfying than renewing parts and making it all good again. Great video Tom keep em coming.

that special tools set you got as in the puller and the g clamp pressing tool for the disc sure made life a lot better for changing those bearings. What a hell of a job that would have been without those. Good insight into farm ag mainternence. Pit is working out as well. Thanks Tom....

Borred.... never, I love seeing how the machinery works, the way they have been designed to help improve the way we work, Thank you Tom for taking the time to video it and give an explanation on how and why. By the way, when cutting those jubilee clips off, to save your hoses from getting scored or cut, cut the bottom of where the screw is, so you cut the cover of the screw along its length, the tension will release the screw allowing you to open the clip out, hope that helps.

Brilliant. I love the inginuity of farm machinary. They are such a hotch-pitch of normal parts, such as fasteners, clips, pipework, electrical motors or hydraulic actuators, bearings etc then you have some really unique aspects, often the steel or plastic elements. This is great. I also liked seeing the grass cutting, turning and bailing machinary. Such unusual engineering compared to transport things. Can't wait for more. Can defo see why you built the pit. Cheerd!

I’m going to have to call you Sir from now on just like I had to call my teachers when I was at school 😂. Teacher Tom 😂😂. All joking aside that is a very interesting video Tom as it shows us that farmers don’t just sit in tractors all day! Hopefully we will have at least another two videos on this machine

@Tomlamb98015 күн бұрын
It takes as long as it takes in between jobs and not very often disks should easily last 10 years
