I took the awesome RC Hummer out for a drive up the river, I got over an hour run time from a 5000mah 2s Lipo! Super Scale, really capable RC truck and although probably the most expensive RC Hummer out there, it has performance to match! Really impressed with this. I took it through Mud, Sand and off road and it did not disappoint!
Full Light and Sound kit on this HG-P408, with full metal gears, chassis, portal axles and more!
Mud Bogging a Hummer is good fun! Fully waterproofed and running up that river run!

Swap the main lights to the empty 'fog light' slots (I think they are the black and white wires).

Is the metal bar connecting the two steering servos level or is one slightly raised so the bar is diagonal? The left side of the bar is slightly higher on mine

I have one as well, and I am having problems with the motor quitting on me. how much have you run it? I have replaced my ESC because I thought my problem was with that, but its not i guess. the rig will just stop driving, I can get it back by turnng it off and waiting a bit and turning it back on. But after yesterdays outing, thats not fixing it anymore either.

hmmm certainly sounds like a motor issue. I run about 4 or 5 packs through this with no issues. Even after this run...24hrs later and the sound unit is working find again.

hi there again, so you stand by the waterproofing? I want to believe, but I look at my pristine, not water trialled humvee and wonder if I should trust a spray!!!! did yours give any problems after this dip? Cheers, Carl.

Mine was ok, just make sure you dry it out properly. I left mine in my house for a few days

I own seven rc4wd trucks and have built many more Trail trucks The lights off cross and rcmodelex ,I think these are really good value so much so I got two, The details you get for the money it’s great, change the tires and they are really capable to.👍🏼

In the instructions it will tell you what the headlights are, take them out and out and put them in the spare 'fog light' slots.

I know i cant buy all those expensive coool looking and performance ready rtr but daaamn they look and work so good i want one. Nice one man. Really loving those slowmos. Next time you know, youve got your 100kplaybutton. Recording on the perspective of the car was one of the things i liked when i strapped my phone on record on my RC lol.

Nice vid! I'm kinda fascinated by these mostly because there's no way I can justify the price, but they sure look decent... The quality and realism of that beast is pretty next level compared to the stuff I've seen. For the record, a buddy with a real hummer had it sunk in mud to 2 inches from the top of the passenger side window and half way up the driver's side door in mud and got the sum-b-hum-v out with only a couple of scratches. They're pretty impressive...

When taking parts apart (to waterproof), how far do you strip them down? Just the cover, or do you go further then that? Love the Hummer... need to start saving my pennies

@@TomleyRC and there is no adverse reaction between the electronics and chemicals (go easy on me, neither an electrical engineer or chemist)

A six by six would have easily drove up that hill, the hummer had a chance in terms of power but no traction because of the leaves and twigs

@@TomleyRC Haha twice you say that's it for this video and it went to an add so I thought it was over. I just watched again and it did the same thing lol but I saw the end. As far issues with mine, boy did it ever! I got one of the very first ones and did the VERY first review in English. I really liked it but. The next day went to drive it for the first time and it was dead, so I made another real short vid. Warning I try and make a stupid/funny intro for most of my vids. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qr6Iq8KJvLDOeXU.html So the receiver was bad, then the ESC started to burn up. Even on 2s. That's why when I see kick ass vids like yours I'm just blown away lol! So I dumped another $300+ into it, chopped the back off and now I love it. nice video, but i am not rushing to get one, it seemed to struggle a lot, like over small ruts, tyres are more scale rather than grippy, i would like a military rig but something that can carry a pair of 5200mah 2s lipo`s in a covered load area and run for a couple of hours, a kinda Dale Kemp creation

It didn't really struggle over anything apart from the mud and wet stones. You are right though, the tyres are more scale than grippy. I get over an hr with this on a 5000mah 50c lipo. 👍
