I have no idea why I waited until I'm almost 80 to discover this marvelous Pianist!!!!!!!!!! He's the absolutely THE VERY BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tommy is in a great form here, displaying his unique lyrical approach to bebop, aided greatly by Mraz - simply the best bassist for Flanagan and the ever reliable Lewis Nash. This is arguably the best working trio Flanagan ever had.

So many of Birds tunes were great : to me this one is untouchable in its melodic creativity and swing. Ty for the uploading. Tommy is so wonderful.
