It's amazing how many Metal/Rock bands cover Abba songs. I always enjoy them. They seem to work really well, whereas other lighter Abba covers lack something.

Tommy has started to sing several covers in a deeper register. That puts less strain on his voice. It also gives a dramatic effect! The contrast between deep and high notes highlight each other, and builds up a spine-chilling crescendo! Goosebumps... 💋

"Lay All Your Love On Me" is an ABBA song with a lot of Metal/Hard Rock covers, but not as many as "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!". Some of the bands that covered the song are Helloween (1999), Avantasia (2007), ReinXeed - now Majestica - Tommy’s other band (2014), and Amberian Dawn (2019) tome name a few. ✌
