I get that Stephanie was crushing on Tommy and reacted heartbroken to think DJ was 'stealing' him, but I think DJ shouldn't have believed that he liked her back either. On the other hand I think Tommy should have mentioned his girlfriend to the girls since he only mentioned her to Jesse.

Also, I'm surprised Danny allowed DJ's day out with Tommy, given how protective Danny tended to be about DJ and boys (it was a running joke on the series.) I guess Danny thought of Tommy as an adult (he had Tommy on his show) not as a boy DJ's age? I do agree that it seems like Tommy sort of led DJ on.

When they had the talk with Stephanie, this should've also been said, Stephanie: I belong with Tommy and I'm fighting for him, just like Aunt Becky told me to do.(Becky comes down) Jesse: Beck, did you tell Stephanie to fight DJ for Tommy? Beck: No, I didn't tell her that. What are you talking about? Joey: She just told us that you did. Becky: She did? Danny: Yeah, something about her fighting for a boy that she believes she should be with. Becky:(thinks) Ohhh. I see. Oh Danny, I'm so sorry, I thought she was talking about a boy from school. (Danny smiles and gives an understanding nod) Stephanie: But Aunt Becky, you said that if I think I belong with him, I should fight for him.
