What's cool about the frontier is that you can swap parts on it from the titan. The front half of the frame is the same as the first gen titan. So you can swap the front suspension, including the spindles and brakes to get better stability and brakes. The VK56 from the titan bolts right in to your 6 speed with an adapter plate and a 350z clutch, then the whole thing bolts into the frame without any serious mods. The vk56 is a beast of an engine too, with a mild build, you could get a reliable 500whp and at least a 8k rpm redline. That's my dream setup, and I don't see many youtubers build frontiers, but it definitely would be interesting, and the end product I say would be cooler than any factory midsize.

Those were called Nissan navaras here in the uk and the chassis snapped behind the cab,there was a massive recall and buy back scheme.the aussies found the problem first when they would snap in half on the rough outback roads.

You got my exact truck just a different color, less body damage and a manual. I've gotten about 16-17 mpg before towing a small utility trailer with 2 dirtbikes in it and another one in the bed. Pretty cool to see almost my exact truck on the channel though.

the nissan trucks have bad rear leaf springs the one layer of the leafs snap in half not the best for towing got to upgrade that before you end up in a ditch lol knock on wood i worked at nissan dealer for a bit and i seen a few like that

Those frontiers suck at towing. Super soft leaf springs they don’t like any tongue weight and if you look it up they are known to bend frames 🤣
