I got my glass replaced at my restaurant by Gerson Glass Inc. Brian and his wife gave me a huge discount on the glass and I really appreciate it. The job was going to take 3-4 hrs so I had to ride something local.
We decided to hit Santiago Oaks, it started off really cool but got hot quickly. Luckily I was on the Ebike so that helped big time. We started off with the jumps, Todd Father, Road Gap, Sketch Balls, Hawk, Chutes & Waterfall. It was a solid day

Hawk is definitely fun, however, I believe it has been dummied down by the sanctioned OC park Trail crew.

Did the city come and clean up the foliage? And remove the new jumpline that was being built? Everything looks a bit messed up.

probably over torqued the axle at some point. worth getting a new one and properly torqueing it to avoid stretching the threads and it won't be coming loose like that.

Do you ever see any Peace Officers there handing out tickets for e-bikes? I just picked up my first e bike, they've been cracking down a bit at Chino Hills State Park.

Pretty sure Santiago Oaks is class1 ebikes allowed. The people who could get popped would be all the kids trekking Sur Rons up there at dusk. See that a lot.

Dude there has to be something with the Decoy that causes the rear axel to come loose. Mine does the same thing. Ive never had that happen on other bikes.

Yeah just have to keep an eye in it and check bolts before each ride

@@TommyHuynh use the Blue Loctite, that should help the axle from coming loose

I desperately need bike mechanic friends or friends who genuinely know how to carry out bike repairs. I am not mechanically minded and a complete ignoramus with 2 left thumbs when it comes to sorting out bike issues. Yes I watch videos for guidance but it only makes things worse lol. In fact where does one go to learn IN PERSON how to perform bike repairs?
