1. The Tone 2.The preparation (location, Google maps), short lists 3. Budgeting 4. packing, be specific of what you need (camera Gear, clothes), not much 5. Expect the unexpected 6. One of the reasons I take my laptop with me when travelling is to store my files at the end of everyday. I just lost a GoPro in my recent trip and luckily i only lost the footage of my last day. Which was the best footage cuz I got lost in the forest and rescued and all that footage was gone. but at least I was able to save the rest. Good tip and I recommend it to all as well.

You can make the same results with your smartphone! All you got to do is practice and practice, so when you get your first camera, you can implement what you've practiced right away :)

5 shot rule: - Wide/Establishing shot (show the location) - Detail shot (face - Medium shot (feet or legs) - Following/tracking (from behind) - Drone shot (from above/distance)

What exactly does any of this have to do with making "cinematic" travel videos? It's a great basic primer for how to produce a travel video, but the title is completely misleading. It's almost more like "how to be your own PM, AD, and PA, when making travel videos." Anyway I in no way mean this to be negative, just constructive. However, what you've got here for b-roll is certainly of "cinematic" quality!

Either wrong title of video or content totally out of subject. Cool to know you have tips to share but next time you can save us time by juste making a list… or just be honest and say at the beginning of video to go watch your paid content, cause this one doesn’t bring anything. Sorry for being rough but I don’t like wasting 20min for such a thing.
