I'm a pro photographer with decades of experience, but just getting into video in the last year. Something I have picked up on... not to make my videographer colleagues upset but still photographers are more knowledgeable technically. Like me they do not know much about video when just getting into it, but when it comes to understanding color correction and contrast adjustments most video guys think all you do is purchase some LUTS. Many times these are misapplied, multiple color space conversations happen and the image quality degrades. Still photographers know to work as non-destructively as possible thru the workflow. And color grading does not need to be done with every video. Many are best left with nothing more than basic color and contrast adjustments.

I moved to videography 2 months ago. I don't regret it. I find it amazing that video is actually thousands of images played at 24 photos per second (that how I understand it) 🙌

video is actually thousands of frames, or to be precise 1 frame is equal to 1 image.

Good point on audio. If you mess up a visual but capture good audio you can cover the visual mistake with b-roll. If you get bad audio the visuals can't salvage it.
