Hakai isn’t that broken Beerus is just broken. Goku tanked a weaker hakai in base and frieza easily tanked it. Vegeta beat Toppos hakai energy. Hakai just lets you erase people you can already beat anyway. I doubt the GoDs could Hakai Jiren. Decay ignores durability. In its verse nothing can overpower it so it’s way more broken. The only hope anyone ever has of fighting shigaraki is to use aizawa to erase it.

It was cooler in the manga where he kills x-less, destroys an entire city, and steals his cape all in one motion. Making it feel more like Shigi legit killed hundreds of people because he was cold.

I don't doubt that it might be cooler in the manga. But this scene, with the slowed down version of the symbol of fear ost, the sheer dread on everyone's face, the spread of decay and their failures at stopping it. While I was watching the scene I genuinely felt afraid. I definitely don't think I could've got that from the manga.

Deku truly is a hero, he knew automatically the consequences of one for all and instantly separated himself to keep everyone out of danger. Only a hero can do consequences so selfish but yet seem so unselfish

Not really, best thing would be to separate with very powerful heroes in tow. One for All combined with the others, is their best chance of killing Shigaraki

Unfortunately, the time he had and how the plans that the heroes had in effect, had most of the powerful heroes separated. Also, Shigaraki had made quick work of taking out communication with one another. He also became more powerful than he already was last seen,so Deku's choice to run quickly and far was the only option. There was no stopping Shigarki, but to keep more people from getting hurt and having fewer people to worry about was his beat bet. It would have gone way worse if he had not separated from the people he was with.

This was an epic moment, after all this is a reminder that while Deku is training to be the next greatest hero of all time, Shigaraki is training to be the next greatest villain of all time.

although I admit shigaraki has become very frightening. I prefer villains that are super sophisticated with complex goals. pure destruction is rather simple. I like all for one though. he is a good example of what I like in a villan. orochimaru, pain, aizen, light yagami. those are the villains I like in a anime. but my hero academia is getting really good though.

@@juniourdaquan and what does it have to do with anything? knowing his backstory doesn't change the fact that compared to antagonists from other anime (or even from bnha *cough* stain) shigaraki wants nothing more than just chaos. it's a very simple goal. i do like the new shiggy and i'm gonna love the war arc but destroying everything is a very common thing for villains.

anything he touches gets destroyed and anything connected to it will be destroyed as well. for example if shigaraki touches a building, and your inside it you'll die because your touching the floor

This was the stupidest thing ever, the cyclops guy shot a generator that was doing nothing for no reason causing a chain reaction waking him up. The heroes deserve to die after that one. Like what kind of a professional is this guy, complete lack of awareness and he is somehow on the Elite Team for pro heroes. Either they wanted to show the heroes as complete idiots or it was just lazy writing. That being said cool scene

imagine shigaraki would also posses eris quirk, rewind. He would be an unstoppable force. Every Damage he takes would rewind in an instant. And he could, with enough training, also erase other peoples quirks and heal his comerades. No wonder the author of the story made OFA not care about eris quirk. With it he would wip the floor with the Heros. Even with Deku. With no effort. Rewind is truely one of the most broken quirks in MHA Universe.

Plus (Manga Spoiler, see down below when already known) Im 100% sure its just a writers thing. A AFO caring about eri woud have changed the story dramaticly. plus he would be unstoppable if he would succeed in getting its hand on it. its a little flaw in the wrtiting of the story, which is fine, but it is there. OFA USES Eris quirk in the form of overhaults produkt (the rewind capsule that rewinds ur body) in the last fight. He knew 100% about eris quirk.

@@buszka695 Yaya i read the Manga. YA he kinda had instant heal and instant kill by Touch anyway i see your point. But with Eris Quirk All for One could have just rewind himself back to his prime (what he did anyway in the fight with the product made out of eris power, but with the side effect of not being able to stop the process) so it would still make a lot of sence for him to go after eri instead of creating a new bodsy i think but whatever, nice anime and manga :D

OMG. This story is so stupid. "It's time to destroy everything" . And I have literally no other purpose behind it. I'm just doing stuff that makes me a threat, I have no plans. It's just more chapters. All for One I do stuff. And using Shigiraki so I can live and do more stuff. This stuff that I'm doing for what purpose sake. A sake that does things that proves All for one is an ability. And an ability that's strong enough to force a plot for content. Heroes we must stop.... For the reason..... We do a job with quirks. "I'm going to save Shigiraki". Even though he's committed mass murder. There's really no purpose for him doing it. Uhhh.......I guess I'm doing it for the sake of having content. All heroes are questionable. But all villains are mass murderers. Let's make this about morality of why heroes must do what's legally right, as dark. To make the murderers redeemable. This adds drama and complexities. Now that we've presented murder as a light issue.
