I’m 77 what you guys are doing with songs you cover are on a level that would be difficult for other groups to achieve. Thanks for doing this.

Coverbands are the the most important things on earth. The stars are gettin old and die. But their brilliant songs lives in this bands forever.... Sometimes better than the originals. LLB is the best example and my absolute favorites....

It's absolutely criminal that this band doesn't have millions of subs. Found LLB about 6 months ago and I still get SMH moments on every video. Forever a fan.

Not to get too sappy here, but as a guy who's survived cancer 6 times (and 3 flatlines so far!) I spend a lot of hours in the middle of the night looking for things to occupy my time - so when I stumbled across the LLB channel a little while back, it was simply an incredible *blessing* . I’ve died, no really..... I’ve died several times.... 18 months ago a heart attack with three associated strokes, two plus weeks unconscious and I’m no longer allowed to work. I spend lots of time chasing around KZfaq and I just stumbled upon LLB... WoW.... I’m bingeing down memory lane... I really think this therapeutic.... You folks are flippin AMAZING... I’m making associations within the songs back to my high school days...I’m 57. I was fortunate to have grown up listening to the music you folks play... the Doobies, AeroSmith, U2, Etc etc etc.... I’m an instant huge fan... sign me up for a t-shirt... I would happily drive from my home in Central Texas to be present for a viewing of the rehearsal and filming of a group, don’t really care which group, as you do them all so well... I haven’t found it yet, but I’m off looking for Billy Thorpe Children of the Sun... and anything else I can find... I wish my cousin Bruce was near enough to you guys, he’s an amazing guitarist... what a kick it would be to see him playing with you guys...

Having played in original and cover bands for 25 years, I know the hard work and heart that is put into the music. And it shows how hard y'all work to bring the music alive! Everyone involved should be very proud!

Often, documentaries such as this seem like bands attempting to promote their band and their music. After listening to many of this band’s songs, I believe they feel every word they speak. From the first song I heard, I was in love with this band and their music.

I really appreciate high quality musicians who play for the love of the music. You can hear it.

You guys and girls ROCK!! I've been a musician most of my life, and I'm 69 yrs. young. Your Steely Dan covers are amazing. I really appreciate the dedication to getting the note for note accuracy on these tunes, as I have been a huge fan of SD since the first time I heard them on the radio and you folks do them proud. Thank You for the hard work and dedication you put in. As a musician, I know what it takes to accomplish what each of you have done here. I hope one day I can meet each of you and shake everyones hand! Maybe some of what each of you have will rub off on me! Again thanks to each one of you and don't ever stop!!

No matter how bad my day has been, it is great being able to see gifted, hard working, dedicated, compitant artists from my home town recreating the music that sustained me through my education and professional training. For a while, I can revive personal memories and emotions that I otherwise had forgotten. Unbelievable LIVE performances that make me happy. Amazing. Thank you.

They have taken cover band performance to another level!

Part of the art is the assembly. It's amazing to be able to see the fluidity of this group with various artists coming together and putting it together in such a relatively short period of time. I am curious as to how they pick the songs and the musicians that will fit those songs.

Lexington Lab is the definitive cover band/project which respects the integrity and vitality of the bands that they cover. The cumulative talent is extraordinary. I think they could go further and write and record songs faithful to the typical style that they cover.

I found this band about 3 weeks ago.... I work in my shed at home in the afternoons and I have them cranked up, their workmanship and sounds are equal to or better than the original artist. Those girls are awesome too. I love the fact that they are humble and enjoy what the do, I am not sure they would call it work, more of a passion. And they have tremendous passion! I look forward to more songs!

I am six nine years old ... use to play in a band as a youngster .... we played these very songs .... I get a lump in my throat ... really miss those days ... I discovered LLB during the covid lockdown in our country, South Africa ... I have sent links to the remaining four members of our old band .... every one of them are hooked now ... It is so good to see the enjoyment the musicians feel .... the quality is superb ... i enjoy these videos so much THANK YOU FOR ALL THE EFFORT ! .............. Just a foot note ....... anybody can use a looper or beat box .... but how many can .....play a real lick ... sing a lyric with expression ... make the instrument talk with ones fingers ..... or brass with ones wind .... that's a musician .... compose lyrics the have meaning !

I just discovered your cover band Sept 16, 2020. I live in Oregon City, Oregon where a lot of the wildfires have been in Oregon. I heard your cover of Def Leppard's Photograph and was all smiles and so blown away. Then, l heard Boston's Foreplay/It's been a longtime and it was so exactly like Boston that l cried tears of joy and tears because America has been under a lot of stress and it just took me back to the old days of music. Thank you all so much! I just kept on listening and watching you guys do so many songs and right cue l am so blown away and needed this so much right now. You all are truly rock stars! I played professionally in a road band throughout the 70s and well into the 80s. There was always the competition for gigs, recording contracts or among members of the band. I wish there had been something back then like you guys that I could have got involved with. It's clear how much fun you guys are having and you do a phenomenal job! I'm ashamed to say that I'd never hear of this project until yesterday...and I live in Lexington. And I have literally been watching videos since 8am. I love this!

I love all the music the band play, if I can master my bass to 25% of Randy's level, I'll be so happy, what a smooth bass player.

I recently stumbled across this channel and man I am loving every minute of it. I can't believe I have never heard of you before. I watch a lot of music videos on KZfaq, but I have been missing out until now. Good thing I am semi-retired, because I have a lot of catching up to do! The quality of your work is amazing, and I have already gotten a lot of joy from it. Okay enough with the fanboy. I need to check out the next one on the list... hmmm what shall it be?

After viewing over a dozen of this band's Tributes ... I gotta say. Phenomenal! These guys are so damned versatile, They nail the nuances, tones, inflections of the originals and add a freshness as well. Jaw dropping range duplicating so many genres and they nail it all! One can hear the quality and care that goes into each song. These guys and gals have LISTENED very closely to the original and preened it all. And this is NOT easy. Super impressive and brilliant! WOW!

What you do especially Journey is spot on. But those female back up and lead singers (female) do an awesome task. Those Eagle tunes are the bomb, also. The Johnny Cash was a great surprise. The country artistry is its own and y'all surpassed in reality. You can definitely raise your heads as true talented United States of North American artistry. Seeing artistry playing different instruments is the way it should actually be. That shows dedication and stretches the roll of as being an artist and band member to the max as very few did many, many, many years ago.

When I first heard you guys I had memories from the way back machine. I've been binging on your videos almost daily. You guy just rock!

What I appreciate most about this band is that unlike many cover bands who try to make the tunes their own, LLB want to replicate the original sounds without getting too fancy and going overboard.

I am amazed at the talent that Mike brings to this band. From his vocal ability to all the different musical instruments that he can play. I enjoy your efforts and thank each one of the members to bring this music to the fans.

I discovered LLB a year or two ago and have been a fan since that day. The musicianship, the talent, the production values, all contribute to what has to be the most authentic and honest of covers from some of the biggest and best bands that ever graced a stage. Well done LLB, I salute you all.

You all make this music together as family. My son started playing in a bluegrass band at age 15 with people who were so jealous of each other. Jealous of him and his multi talents with of playing by ear and playing several different instruments. It was ridiculous. Your band does not have that vibe at all. LLB has made me fall in LOVE with music all over again!

For nearly 50 years I've played thousands of covers and yet there is a unique challenge to create as well as you can, regardless of how many times the song has been performed. It's good these guys don't tour. This would be the longest one in history. Even fooling around, I'll bet it'd be 6 to 8 weeks. Can't wait to see this show!!

Wow - that was the only word I found myself saying after discovering you today. Heard your cover/tribute to Boston and was immediately hooked. Your players ability to capture the tone, detail and nuance of the music was....well, Wow! The videos clearly show your respect for the original music through your obvious enjoyment to play it and without any theatrics. The musicianship shines. Can't seem to say enough - but hope you get the idea...loved it. So, this child of the sixties says "Thank You All".

This channel popped up in my recommended videos about a week ago, and I've been checking out some of your others. I've been playing rock drums for 64 years now, and I haven't stopped yet. I guess once music is in your blood, it never leaves. I've played in many local bands in the DC/Baltimore areas, and we've played many songs you all play in your videos. Being a musician myself, I can honestly say that this is some of the finest work I've ever seen. Every single one of you is a top-of-the-line musician/singer, and you all look like you're having fun while recording it. Even though it's a lot of hard work for everybody, I know how much fun it is to play music. I hope you all continue to do this for a long time, because I know I'm only one of thousands who enjoy watching and listening to all of you play, record and produce your work. Great Video, the history of how you guys and girls came together is amazing. The older we get 67 for me is the more we appreciate life. I’m a Garage Drummer 🥁 and play to my own sound system and I’ll make a Rum/Coke W/Lime and hit my Ludwig Kit and have a Blast. What a great Concept to be like Daryl’s House bringing killer Musicians together. I like when one of you said “ I get to play what I like and not have to load my gear at 1:00am” great point. HSCC= Hindley Street Country Club Band in Australia is also knocking it out of the Park with great Copy Songs. What I like about them is they will do Disco and Funk also. Growing up in the 70’s it wasn’t only Rock. Please 🙏 give some Funk and Disco a try. I love that you guys are here in the USA 🇺🇸. God Bless you all for all the effort you put in. I love seeing this! For so long it's seemed that everything cool happens in california but it's not exactly relatable. So I just recently found you all. I once played percussion in a worship band at a church we attended. I was a “band brat” in high school and really enjoyed making music with everyone that was involved. I hope you all know what you have going on here. Y’all are amazingly talented people.
