Can the frenulum be 'trained' to get longer over time?

It's difficult to know what is the frenulum itself lengthening as compared to the surrounding tissues and tongue coordination improving. The tongue range of motion and coordination (which can be both limited by a restricted frenulum) can both improve dramatically through consistent exercises.
