Disappointing, wanted to see the footage off the camera with full zoom. Very strange that they asked you to take it down, I don't think anyone is expecting a fantastic sensor or glass at price point, but I think all of us would love to see if the optical 20x zoom works, if it mounts successfully and if its a viable budget camera for our conference room set-ups.

Where do I get support for these cameras? I have 2 in my studio and the remote works both at the same time no matter how you set it up....anything would be helpful because are about to go into the trash

I don't have the email address for my contact anymore, unfortunately. Also..I have a feeling there's no way to differentiate the remotes to work with only one at a time. I donated this one, so I'm really not able to help. Sorry!

@@nathaneiljohnson3031 I'm not sure, myself. They do have decent customer support, though. They usually responded within 48hrs. I donated this to a school and no longer have it.

I honestly can’t recall if it has a mount for a tripod…I donated it to a school shortly after the video. Now, the OBSBot Tiny 4K would be a great inexpensive (cheaper than this, at least) solution that can be tripod mounted.

@@Vega_Vision Access it through the remote, and it’ll pop up on whatever software it is accessed by - OBS, Windows Camera, etc.
