Hello, I have a Tenveo Control PTZ Camera Controller Joystick 4D IP PoE Keyboard Controller with LCD Screen for Church Streaming Meeting Education, Support PoE VISCA PELCO-D/P | RS232 RS422 RS485 e duas câmeras PTZ Tenveo Conference Camera 1080P 60FPS with 1/2.8" Sensor, Video Conference Camera PTZ Webcam 20X Zoom Optical HDMI/USB/RJ45 Video Conference Camera for Meeting Room and Telecommuting but the control does not connect to the camera, can you help me, I have done the whole procedure as it is in the video, but it doesn't work

I have been trying to set mine up for two months now. No luck. I have tried to find someone to pay to help me but I get ghosted by everyone. I have tried using this video and copied it exactly with no luck. I have the same cameras and controller.. I'm so bummed out!

@@tenveoofficial442 They are. I contacted Emily and she sent me a set of instructions and videos that are not easily found or maybe unlisted. I was able to get the system up and running thanks to her!
