I am absolutely devastated to share the sad news that Fulham football fan Tony Fisher has passed away. I feel blessed to have known Tony, a lovely man, good soul, kind, helpful, great company and passionate about Fulham Football Club. All thoughts with Tony's family.

To Fulham1879fans TV thank you so much for this tribute to my brother. It is a very sad day and means a lot to see this tribute. I am currently deployed on operations with the Royal Navy and wont return to the UK until December. Although a Portsmouth FC fan i was proud that my big brother was a big influence at Fulham FC. Tony RIP. Not only a great Fulham fan but an amazing human being. I will never forget watching the video on this channel where he organised to take in the homeless in the hotel he managed during the first outbreak of the pandemic and I admired his faith as well. There was not a bad thought in his body, such a positive person. Tony, god bless you and love from Melbourne Australia. The planet is poorer for your passing mate.

I've only just found out about Tony's untimely death. I first knew him at junior school in Portsmouth and he attended a reunion at Westfield Middle School which I organised in summer 2002. I wasn't fully aware at the time of his deep passion for Fulham FC. Now and again I tried to find out if he was still around for a possible reunion in 2027, 50 years after leaving that junior school, but now know he's died. Sad loss!

Legend what a character saw him many times at games. Will never forget seeing him on the front of Wembley for 17 18 playoff final. You won’t be forgotten Tony

RIP. I sort of new Tony as we had season tickets and he sat behind us in the Johnny Haynes stand. Then he moved over to the Riverside stand. He was a top bloke. My dad and I came up from the Basingstoke area to watch the games. But I am sad to say to do not really follow Fulham as much as moved to Cornwall now living g in the Philippines. I became a fan of Fulham FC as I lived near the grown for a bit in the late 90’s. But my heart will always belong to Fulham FC.
