I hope the fans give moyes a good send off, cos he actually has done a really good job. When he came in, they were 17th, he stabilised the club, got 6th, 7th, europa league semi final, A TROPHY for gods sake and 3yrs consecutivr european football.... Surely he deserves a good send off

David Moyes Legacy. We have the oldest and smallest squad after 4 year's in charge despite spending a fortune. Doesn't use youth players and dosent use his squad properly. Plays players out of position. Has no in game management and his style is defending and trying to get a set piece goal. Has his preferred 12 or 13 player's and no one else gets a chance if they are out of form. Never ever goes for it in game's. The positive is he won us a European trophy but the same season we were in a 35 game relegation battle despite declan rice. Should have gone last season. I shall give him a clap against Luton for winning the trophy but its been time for a change for at least a season. Let's see how many Premiership clubs take him. As a West Ham all i want is a manager who plays good football and we at least try to win instead of spending the whole game playing anti football.

Lopetegui will do well to 'hit the floor running'. We have a threadbare aging squad. Those that are not the starting 11 have been just left to rot with no chance of earning a place in the starting line up. He has marginalised a lot of players sadly. I would say we probably need between 6 and 10 additions in the summer, hopefully young and hungry players, as well as quite a large cull of the current squad too. The youth have been given zero chance also. Banging on about Declan Rice is pathetic. He was always going to leave after we never brought anyone in and showed ambition in the season we eventually lost in the Europa League to Frankfurt. If you show no ambition as a football club your best players will always look to patures new.

Huge respect for Tony but…………The stats only reflect what he has spent…..500m quid and for that we have the second oldest squad in the Prem, he has lost us over 10m quid on each of Scamacca, Vlasic, Ings, Cornet and Benhrama, and we have conceded more goals than any club bar the bottom 3, all whilst our youngsters had no chance at all; looking after his job, yes selfish. Then there’s the Phillips fiasco he presided over. Since Jan our stats are bottom 3 and our football has been turgid at best……….am not a fan.

Guys, respect all of you and appreciate what Moyes has done "some of his time" at the Club but the team has conceded 70 goals so far this season, that's the most conceded in a season since Avram Grant took the club down over 10 years ago conceding 70 goals. If you take Jarrod Bowen's goals away that's relegation form and look at some of the hammerings this season? David isn't the solid defensive manager most of the media seem to preach, certainly not now.

West Ham are MASSIVE and with the fantastic new manager next season will have a +goal difference and will win the league.

You need to look at how managers handle players! The players down tools because they have had enough. Moyes has played a small number of them to the point of exhaustion … they are physically and mentally knackered. They have been played out of position and in a style which does not suit them - their technique and their philosophy of football! There is no rotation in the squad. The bench have been mentally destroyed - regarded as worth nothing (Johnson … Cornet … Mubama …). If they do get a chance it is only for a few minutes at the end of a lost game. There has been no attempt to induct into the senior team players from the academy. Moyes leaves with an old, unmotivated 1st team and squad and youth players desperate to leave. Respect for a man that has no respect for his players? Really?

Moyes has been there for four and a half years, spent the best part of £500m. So whose fault is it that the defence isn't able to play expansive football, why they need a complete defensive overhaul, why they've not got a striker, why they've got the smallest squad in the league, why they've got the second oldest squad ? Remember West Ham have shipped 70 goals thos season, 30 in the last 16 games, lost by five(5) or nore goals against Arsenal, Fulham, Liverpool, Palace and Chelsea, four(4) against Villa and Newcastle. Remember these clowns on Talksport argue that Moyes is a great defensive manager. We keep hearing 'but he won us a cup', that trophy should realistically be won by a Premier league team every season, the overall standard is Championship level, it was won despite Moyes, bot because of him and let's remember West Ham almost got relegated last season. Moyes is a complete charlatan of a manager, has won next to nothing in over a thousand games in charge, failed at Man Utd, failed at Sociedad, failed at Sunderland. Those are the facts, not the waffle his mates spout.

Oh my god. Acting like moyes is a poor old man that can’t defend himself. We haven’t actually played well since lockdown. He’s failed countless signings, thinks 24 is too young to play and literally ignores half the squad. All of this while playing the worst static football you’ve obviously never seen

Stelling - how do you know that Moyes didn't tell the board that he was not going to sign a new contract and gave his blessing to find his replacement? You are as bad as Jim White. Of course we will give Moyes a good send-off. We are grateful for everything Moyes has done but it is time to move on. It is OUR club, not the MSM's
