I think its because he realized that there WAS someone that he was missing too. He missed Peter. That's what compelled him to figure out time travel. If there was a way for him to keep his happy new life with Pepper and Morgan AND get Peter back too, he had to try.

Giving Peter back to Marvel and pairing him up with Tony was one of the best decisions for both characters.

Almost every major MCU film came out early May during my Birthday week. I usually got together a good group of 5-12 people, family/friends, each time to go to IMAX, and we'd celebrate with dinner afterward and discuss. Did that for nearly 10 years. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

I disagree. He's not thinking about how it could break the world. He's thinking about how it could unmake the present, causing him to lose his family. That's why he's talking with Pepper. He's basically asking her permission to risk their family to bring back all the people who were killed by the snap.

I mean, a large chunk of that was also due to Joss Whedon's shitty writing in the first two Avengers movies.

I watched both Snyder's version of Justice League, and the Whedon cut. Whedon's version was more coherent, and just all around better. If Martian Manhunter had gotten his way in the Snyder cut, there's a fair chance that Darkseid would have won due to Superman killing the other heroes since Lois wouldn't have been there to snap him out of it when they brought him back to life.

Tony didn't have a kid and Peter didn't have a father figure. Putting them together was a great decision. Spidey's introduction into MCU could have been done in so many ways but bless Kevin and Russos for turning Peter into his protege. Some might complain that it made him less of his own person, but Far/No way Home show his growth beyond Tony's shadow while keeping his legacy intact.

It gets even more heartbreaking when you remember that people don't remember Peter anymore only spiderman so to everyone else like happy morgan and pepper that is not a photo of tony and peter it's a photo of tony and some random ass kid

That's an interesting way of looking at it. He's probably infuriating on vacation as any problem he sees starts his mind working on a solution, so he never relaxes. Probably one of those people that sleeps only because he is so exhausted he can't keep his eyes open. Probably gets disappointed when if finally does figure something out he has been working on as now he is unoccupied until he finds something else to latch onto.

Less about solving problems in general and more about making sure the world is safe. That's why the last thing he needed to hear before dying was "We'll be fine, you can rest now" because his mind was always filled with the thought of "building a suit of armor around the world".

Yes, after the avengers left his house he opened the project right after that. I think It was like 90% completed but he was afraid to finish It because he has to deal with the consequences. Maybe Strange saw a future where Stark made the time travel machine couple days after the bip but Stark probably concluded that and postponed as much he could to spent time with his family.

I mean, as soon as they bring up the idea of time travel to him, he already has the answers to their questions ready to go. He definitely was thinking about it already.

don't get your hopes up... if time travel existed in the future, we would already know... probably.

Each day that goes by, someone in the future is working on time travel to come to the present time we are in.

Using black holes which warp space and times themselves, we can travel into the future if we hover close to it speeding up or even slowing time where you are but not for the rest of the universe, the last may not be possible but the future is if we ever find a way to harness black hole energy which may happen but probably not

@@Anupamprime The only way I see it being possible is if people have created laws regarding to time travel in the future, (in example: no one from the future can have any sort of contact with someone from the past) so they would use this kind of technology to hide themselves. Maybe aliens are just humans from the future.
