Unpredictabiity. I think if the schematic was uploaded, perhaps it would simply be Jarvis inside a body, which would still make him the perfect assistant to Tony but less than alive. In this case, Vision was born, having Jarvis's technical capacity but not given whatever governs its logic, in essence, room for free will?
