I'm the Widow of a Truck driver and he would love this song 🎵 and all of your others. I save them all in a Playlist. I miss him terribly and have wonderful memories of his times out on the road, when he would call me and say "load up the kids and meet me here". The other thing I miss is the sound of the air brakes as he would come down the road and pull into this gravel drive on this old farm that he was raised on and we raised our children on. The kids would hear those air breaks and would be either excited or hurrying to make sure their chores were done 😅 He's been gone almost 8 years. He was the most amazing husband, Dad and Bumpa. Just before God called him home, some of the last words he said to me was " I wish I could box you all up and take you with me". 😭💔

Been holding a steering wheel for 22 years now. Been bouncing around in a truck since I was 4. Used to ride on the dog house of a cabover and couldn’t wait to get older and get my own. Brother I didn’t know I was gonna be standing in a fuel island beside a guy in PJ’s and flip flops then go over to the other tank and the fella over there speaks no English. In other words as we all know truckin ain’t what she used to be. But for a few minutes you can put on a Tony Justice song and be reminded that it still is great in its own way and for some of us it is a way of life. I remember several years ago when I first discovered Tony I listened to everything there was that I could find. Took note of what the truck looked like and Thought it would be cool to run up on him some time and say hello. The same week I discovered the best music in the world I woke up in the Flying J in Winslow, AZ and he was asleep in the spot next to me cowboy hat on the dash. I wasn’t about to wake him up to let him know what a fan I was I just thought well I’ve just discovered this music and already seen him so I’ll see him again soon. It’s been years and I haven’t seen him again. Oh well. One day maybe. Sorry for the long post. I’m proud to be a part of the group of people who keep America rolling and who still love this kind of music.

This hits a little different for me today. My brother's birthday is today, the one that got me started driving trucks. 9 days from now will be 9 years he has been gone. 3 years ago disability took my job away. Trucking is still in my blood. I miss the road, but not the hassles.

Wow very nice song enjoy listening to it. There's two types of drivers out here. One who drives because it's job paying the bills and don't care about there truck. The other trucker is the one checking from the front of the truck to the end of it making sure it's safe to run. Thanks keep putting out those nice song enjoy listening to them while I'm driving.
