I've tried both and since my lashes are extremely straight, with the original formula my lashes don't stay curled, and with the waterproof they stay curled, long, separated, soft and just beautiful❤️ if you have lashes like me, I recommend you the waterproof version

Yeah I love how the original looks on my eyelashes but they don’t stay curled, so I was looking into buying the waterproof and now I’ll definitely be checking it out! Thank you :)

I have straight eyelashes too and I just bought the original and it doesn’t hold, which I knew would happen but I wanted to try it. Now I’ll have to get the other one. Hopefully the water proof one works better

I got the the original pink one first after hearing how wonderful it was, I ended up hating it because it made my eyelashes drop and with sweat or watery eyes I’ll have raccoon eyes. Then I found the waterproof one on sale and decided to give it a shot, and I LOVED IT! It keeps my eyelashes with volume and looking fantastic!

I noticed that the water proof one clumped a tiny bit more than the original, but that's probably just me.

I own both of the versions, except that the original in mini size. And you are not wrong. In my opinion, the waterproof one is very clumpy due to it picks a lot of product compared to the original one.

Arnavi Sutaria I paused her video at 0:04 and studied both eyes carefully...waterproof seems to appear more thicker, whereas non-waterproof has a more feathery look to it.

Both look georgeus but the regular one looks sooooooo damm good...wish my eyelashes were curly so I could that one but I have to use the waterproof one. Not exactly the same,have to say but still very good

I think when the water proof got on your skin it was more at fault that you’re much more used to the other wand as it is shorter. I’ve had a few mascaras where when I first purchase them it takes a while to get as comfortable and get the technique down.

I use a little card behind my eyelashes if that makes sense so I avoid it getting on my lid.

I got the waterproof one and didnt like it. I first realized it was very clumpy and got all over my face. It is indeed waterproof but after a day in the pool it didnt hold up. I would reccomend buying the original for better, natural looking lashes

I have the regular and I noticed that it dried out very fast but that could be just me. I also thought that when you scrape off the excess mascara on the wand, it tends to make the lashes appear clumpier but that's also just from my past experiences.

You probably wont see this lol but which one would you buy again? I LOVE the waterproof packaging. I dont have any issues with the waterproof being hard to take off but its still clumpier.... But the regular flakes.. I dont know haha I'm probably gonna buy one of them tomorrow, thanks for the video!

Also which holds a curl better? I dont use much product on my lashes usually so does the waterproof clump with one or two "swipes" on the eyelashes

I prefer the original formula in this mascara. I'm not going to repurchase this mascara because I rarely wear waterproof mascara and there are drugstore waterproof mascaras that are just as good :)

hey! did you curl your lashes before applying it or are your lashes just like that?? cause I have to curl mine but with the original formula on my curled lashes they fell right down

Sometimes I curl my lashes and sometimes I forget to. My eyelashes have a curl naturally so when I don't curl them I don't notice a huge difference. My favorite eyelash curler that works for me is from Tarte.

How well would you say the original holds up through out the day? I tend to like the look of the original better, however I am worried that it will flake off or, if I would unfortunately become sad and cry it would run all over my face lol. thoughts?

I've only tried the the original pink tube. I love the effect, but it flakes badly within an hour. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

The original mascara formula is more on the dry side and it flakes on me too.The waterproof version doesn't flake though! :)

I love this formula, but I use a different brush. The original brush in this is soo messy I use loreal butterfly intenza mascara wand. It has a great brush on it. I tried a different mascara wand from loreal and the brush broke off from extracting it from the better than sex mascara. God bless and if you don't like the brush,try a different one!

I feel that the TF BTS mini is formulated differently than the full size.just my opinion.

I've been watching reviews all day over the "better than sex mascara" and I'm not sure which one to buy ): {either original or waterproof} my lashes aren't naturally curled so normally I have to use an eyelash curler. I want a mascara that doesn't flake.. Could you help me decide? Waterproof or Original?

I bought the waterproof version also says smudge proof and I was so excited but now very disappointed. It takes so long to dry. Even 2 hours into my work day, I end up with it all smudged under my eye and on my eye lids. I’m thinking of trying the original to see if it’s better. I do not recommend the waterproof.
