Glad you are having such a beautiful adventure. It always makes me happy to see others discover the Rockies! FYI for a future adventure: Snowbird Ski Resort (Salt Lake City) runs their tram in the summer. Starts at 8,000 ft. and goes up to the top of Hidden Peak at 11,000 ft. 360 degree views. There is a glass walled restaurant at the peak. Advance res needed. You're Welcome.

Best time to go. In July and August it’s wall to wall tourists. The altitude really makes you work. Good for you.

It was in the upper 40's. Without the wind it wasn't bad at all. The views were so worth the hike up to the summit. Have a great week Sherri!!

Wow what a beautiful location and so much good advice. My new year resolution was to slow down more and I just realized the other day I need to start working on that again especially taking more time at special views and locations like this. Jasper looks great thanks for sharing we have added this to our list. That also looked like a perfect campsite gosh this trip is amazing so glad you went I bet you are. You need to mention that again in an upcoming video to think you almost didn't or sorta thought about it with everyone else having to back out. Really enjoy watching you guys on this trip! 😊 Hope to see you in a few months!

Out of all the Canadian National Parks in the northern Rockies, we liked Waterton Lakes the most. The least touristy compared to Jasper and Banff.

Looking at our itinerary it looks like we will be driving through Eugene on our way to Umpqua. We have reservations at a campground in Umpqua August 20-23.
