Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall was a massively multiplayer online game developed by Cartoon Network and South Korean studio Grigon Entertainment.
n FusionFall , the player takes control of a customized character. The game featured more than 50 characters and several areas based on current and past shows of Cartoon Network. A part of the roster is made of companions that will assist during the adventure.
The character is viewed from a third-person perspective with an overlaid HUD. By defeating the enemies, the players level up and receive the currency for buying clothing and weapon upgrades. There are two types of attacks in combat that can be switched by a button press: ranged and melee. A special feature present in FusionFall is the use of nanos, representing small avatars that provide abilities for a short time. A nano can be attained by defeating an evil doppelganger, with a choice of one out of three abilities to be provided. I wish we could've gotten this as tv series or movies. This would've been one of their greatest crossovers. I always wanted to see a ship between this version of Dexter and blossom. And the fact they all became more anime like

Now 23 years old, i must have given this game 300 400 hrs at least. Seeing every CN characters in a more anime way was super interesting. Didn't really understand, why people didn't like it.

Probably because the game came out in the 2000s, a time in which almost all viewers of CN were probably too young to understand the appeal of anime, found the style a little jarring, or some other bias.

What if I told you about Open Fusion. It was addressed in the video. It is Fusionfall revived again and hasn't been taken down in the time it's been up. It is annoying to download but I say it is worth it.

I've always wanted to play Fusion Fall, but alas. Internet was considered a luxury and forget about getting a subscription for it. I do remember completing the first mission and running around before we got rid of the Internet again. 😂

I definitely remember playing a lot of FusionFall back in the day. I picked it up around when the Academy became the new tutorial and distinctly remember being ecstatic to get a Rex Nano since I loved Generator Rex. I never watched Juniper Lee but I had a huge crush on her FusionFall rendition.

I got the victory pack years ago, i have everything (guide, disk, code card) but it didn't come with a t-shirt. or atleast I don't remember the shirt. and by years i mean BACK WHEN IT WAS A THING ON RETAIL SHELVES! I do remember that. Edit: Ok i have the guide and the code card, but i currently can't find the disk. It might be somewhere in the house or i gave it away at some point. Not sure.
