@@Unversed333 I have watched the most recent movie. I was just saying in general, during the Cell Saga he was the Goat. First one to obtain Super Saiyan 2 & defeated Cell. After the Cell saga, he lost his mojo. It took him a while to reclaim his GOAT status.
