Well, ANTM tried their best, and sorta succeeded in wiping Adrianne of the face of the Earth. The into to cycle 10 or 11, they do a visual count of all the winners so far, and a big 1 pops up super quick, and if you look hard enough, you can see Elyse instead of Adrianne. Even an interview with Elyse confirms that she won the prize.

Nah, the only thing a reality show can guarantee is that you'll become a "personality" remembered for that show. Not the career any contest promotes. I worked with a model that was on Survivor thinking it would catapult his career. He was really disappointed that even several years after he was just known as "the guy from survivor".. It pretty much froze his career. Because the only bigger projects he got were related to having been on the show. - Of course Some people don't mind and just want the fame and/ or money associated with the fame but when it comes to doing other work it'll be slim pickin's but that may also say something about the SORT of people that apply to be on reality tv. That being said Nyle DiMarco was asked to be on the show by ANTM. They contacted him as he was already developing his career as a model. So he wasn't just a random guy auditioning. I'm sure even if he wasn't on ANTM his career would be just as solid if not stronger. Marlee Matlin would have crossed paths with him eventually and started working with him and helped him network it just would have been a slower process.
