Show me a country without corrupt people. Nigeria is the only country in the world that expose their own corrupt nationals , who are not necessarily products of Nigerian universities, no other. This to me is a plus. Don't mix politics with education.

2nacheki I am just saying that Wits is the 2nd best University in SA, Stellies comes 3rd..therefore, University of Johannesburg{which is 5th in SA ranking 2017} as well as University of South Africa{not even top 5 here} can't make it to top 10 in Africa whereas Wits and SUN are not. Or maybe I am the one who doesn't get your criteria.

There's still a difference, Zimbabwe has more literate people, meaning simply being able to read n newspaper n understand , that's not same as strength of their higher education n research output .

Univ. of Zimbabwe - 30 in Africa, 1451 in World. www.cwur.org Rankings are based on research done and published in journals, etc and international awards given to your Professors, Doctors, etc such as Nobel prizes in Science, Literature, etc. Since most of your Academics apply their trades in other countries, it is understandable. Your people remain some of the most educated on the continent. 🙌
