If you don’t have commemoration, don’t worry about not knowing what to do. Watch some guides on Taniks, bring tally, or another rocket launcher and the fight is very easy. Did myself for the first time a few days ago, have done it like 10 times since and got the exotic as well. It’s a 5 min fight.

I finally got the Gjally a few days ago and it was definitely not handed to me. Yes I purchased the 30th Anniversary only to find out I was now "eligible" to run the dungeon that is required to actually get the rocket launcher. Now that I finally got it and the catalyst, It is never leaving my side.

I love how the title says easy gun for solo player, then proceed to recommend some of the best weapon coming from raids. Nice one dude ! For forbearance alternative xur was selling a solar wave frame grenade launcher with auto-loading holster last week. Grate alternative for those that don’t like to raid.

I'm definitely a noob when it comes to Destiny so I might be completely wrong here, but as an alternative to the Calus Mini-Tool I also really like the crafted BXR-55 Battler with enhanced Demolitionist and Incandescent for my Solar build. The amount of uptime on grenades enhanced Demolitionist provides is nutty and super fun, moreover, I feel like the weapon is very consistent with good range, handling and hip fire accuracy. I think that having both Demolitionist and Incandescent on a single weapon is a dream for solar builds and opens up more options for build crafting. For players that have a free character slot, there is a fast way to farm it by accepting the quest from Xur, getting it to the second stage and then abandoning the quest. This will make it so that every weapon that drops from Xur's treasure chest is a BXR, including the ones with red borders. (I did this about 2 weeks ago, so I can't confirm if it still works as of today, but this has been around for about 9 months judging by upload dates on KZfaq) Anyway, thank you for the video! As someone who is solo for now, I'll be looking forward to some of these.

Forbearance, Gjallahorn and Commemoration shouldn’t show up in a List which is called "the best weapons for solo Players". How is a Solo player supposed to clear a Dungeon solo or even a raid?!? Ok, Dungeon solo is manageable but raids are just impossible. And yeah Lfg exist, but when you’re a solo Player then you’re a solo Player and most of them don’t use this either. Rest is 👍🏼🔥.

6:26 if you don’t do raids or don’t want to, the best alternative to forbearance is Salvagers Salvo. This gun only came off once I got the god roll forbearance. You can get it from the Lost Light kiosk, it has ambitious assassin and chain reaction, and you can select two other perks in the third and forth column

A gun worth using in lost sectors is malfeasance with catalyst that gives you vorpal and it is good for unstoppable champs. I also have a dynamic sway and traget lock swarm that does some good damage.

The lmg from spire dungeon is great. Fourth times and keep away or smth. Super good. Or target lock. My go to heavy.

Well I bought the 30 th anniversary dlc and what a surprise to see that gjallarhorn is only available if you complete the dungeon and not given to you after your purchase

So I never really liked trace rifles but iv been using them a ton more this season...cold heart on arc builds...hollow denial with repulsor brace...im still getting used to working through using double primaries

kinetic tremors is even better roll on hung jury. there are some testing videos.. the explosions from tremors scale with enemy hp. its even better in late game content

I prefer the heroes Burden with feeding frenzy/destabilizing rounds over the funnel web IMO.

ikelos_smg and calus mini-tool are also previous seasons crafted weapon. should have brought that up if you were going to bring it up for hollow denial. as for a legendary rocket launcher. hothead is the best.

I was salty that I couldn’t get a hollow denial. Still waiting on my RNG to get better for a chill clip riptide. The one I have now is feeding frenzy & vorpal. My main guns are. Kinetic slot: witherhoard and osteo striga. Taraxippos, quicksilver storm, arbalest ,thoughtless + New to my kinetic team Old sterling(strand auto rifle) and until it’s return(strand shotgun) Energy slot: gnawing hunger, funnel web(subsistence,adrenaline junkie) Ikelos (feeding frenzy, voltshot) Calais mini tool(threat detector, incandescent) Centrifuge(fun gun) The new seasonal hand cannon from the parting the veil quest And graviton lance(I used it before it was buffed) Cartesian coordinate Heavy slot: retrofit escapade crafted. Fourth times the charm & target lock both enhanced. Other machine guns: A fine memorial and the swarm Laser painter (strand Tipan basically) Rocket launchers: Hothead and Apex predator. Grenade launchers: Tarnation and Typhon. + The lament and parasite. Other favs ticcus divination, Le Monarch, wavesplitter. Some of them rotate in and out but I love them all. I have a problem with letting guns go aka my vault is full 😅

I've been running coldheart with the subclass fragment (or whatever it's called) that causes an explosion on any kill with arc weapon using special ammo, been nasty

I would maybe recommend the No Survivors smg in place of Calus. It’s easy to farm rn in the first encounter of the new dungeon and can roll with incandescent and adrenaline junkie/demolitionist

If you don't have a raid weapon if it is the only thing you got from doing an LFG you can farm the solo chest 3 times every week

I just completed witherhoard catalyst and that was a fucking pain in the ass even with season pass (bcuz I bought lightfall recently) but the weapon is very good for ad clear and can be also used in pvp.

Or, you can also allways use the Heroe's Buden with Volatile Rounds on it if you got it!! And how to get Forbearance, or with what i could replace it? Raid? So what solo weapons are you talking about mate?

Suspend is the new chill clip its super versatile and fun highly recommended running a suspension build if u like to solo just like a 🕷️

I think you are wrong about the Hung Jury, i'm a fairly new player... just started after season of the deep began and i got a Hung Jury with Shoot to Load and Explosive payload... it shreds and i love picking up ammo with it to ready my other guns

If you can get lucky to get yourself a Randy's Throwing Knife i have a beautiful roll with ricochet rounds, rapid hit and cascade point, you can pair this with any damage over time gun and keep getting cascade point, its basically a machine gun how fast it fires. Play a few crucible games, most think hung jury is better but to me Randy's is insane for pve, hard to believe that a rapid fire is but hung jury feels too slow for me. If youre sick to death of overloads slap on a le monarch, slap the shit out of him with the damage over time and swap to a cascade point randys, its nuts. And trust me when i say, new players won't want to play if they come across an overload.

Chain of command is an easy lmg you can get from the kiosk in the tower. It’s roll allow it to fit on any load out with a siphon mod. I like to use it in my double special load outs

Unfortunately Riptide does not roll with Reconstruction. (Wish it did, though)

Well damn. I've been burning engrams all season to get explosive rounds on Hung Jury. And here I thought it was just shitty luck of monumental proportions.

Man I remember when riptide was the season crucible weapon. It dropped like candy then. I wanted auto loading vorpal / chill clip. But all my friends didn't seem to care for it all i got was just use Cartigean . I ended up getting a perfect chillclip alh roll and a perfect alh,lead,feild prep/vorpal roll. Meanwhile, my friends still can't get one. Feels bad.

I would say that Calus MiniTool and Funnelweb do not belong on this list. Lightweights are such an awful frame for SMGs, if you have the dungeon keys you want a No Survivors and Unforgiven.

As a Destiny veteran, I gotta say this is a VERY good informative video about pve meta weapons. Perfect for getting new lights pointed in the right direction.

So what you're saying is that, as a solo player, you should do LFG which nullifies the idea of being a solo player.

It's very very easy to get the crafted version of forbearance if you have patience. Once a week on each character you can get the first chest and bow in about 30 seconds it is so easy. I just kept doing it for weeks and then after like 2 months I have my forbearance ready to go

Coldheart trace rifle smokes Wavesplitter in dps and ad clear! Especially with the current seasonal mods and on an Arc Warlock with the Centophage helmet! However even without the helmet it still smokes Wavesplitter!
