well, its a great video, i appreciate your efforts . But I think milk contains Casein which is slow digestive protein. so it gets absorbed slowly in body. that's why we drink our protein powder with water, not milk

He forgot dahi 250 grams of dahi for 20 rupees 100 gram of dahi contains 10 gram of Protein So 250 grams will give 25 grams of protein

Hi Vivek, Your videos are quite informative. Recently I've been checking out the protein supplement from Nutrabay. I found 2 proteins there i.e. "Nutrabay pure whey protein isolate" & "Nutrabay pure soy protein isolate". Although the servings have a similar amount of protein but plant protein is still half the amount of whey. So I need your support to clear my confusion of talking plant protein is safe? And if yes then how come it is almost at half price.

@@manassharma9437 watch that video both have stated the benefits of being veg but as a chemistry student I can say this that animal proteins (usually meat) absorb slow on human body ( don't misunderstand on milk as those are a different class of protein)
