The Billy and Heather's scene in the dining room was creepy and kept me on edge, but the scenes that just messed with me was the formation of the mindflayer. With all the rats and people being sacrificed to it by Heather and Billy. It was awesome but disturbing too.

The Billy and Heather scene is actually far more darker then you think. All this time during that scene he was trying to ask for help but as he isn’t as smart as Will with the lights or with Morse code so he kept approaching them on Mindflayers’ orders but also because he tried asking for help.

Bob’s death was definitely the scariest, saddest, and the most disturbing scene ever cause I cried at that scene 😭😭😭😭

That scene destroyed me. Because during the whole season I was going from I didn’t really liking him to loving him. I mostly didn’t like him at first because I just thought it wasn’t fair to the character itself to be lied to. Plus I also really wanted Joyce and Hopper to get to together. But each episode made me feel compelled to Bob and start to actually like him. Sure writers make me change my mind for the character then kill the character.

The two scenes that broke me the most was Billy's death and Hopper's letter. Just when Billy had come out of the MindFlayer's control, he redeemed himself by sacrificing himself to save Eleven. Such a shocking way for him to go. But then Hopper's letter came in right after that and it literally had me crying.

I felt extremely disturbed by what happened to Barb. She died in the worse way with the last memory being her worst memory in her highschool life. I felt like she could have lived on a better life, and felt cared and loved by people who appreciate a true friend by their side, unlike Nancy. Nancy went through pain after that and decided to stick with Jonathan after losing a real friend🙄.

Yesssssss bro watch their guts bones clothes and hair be used to create a 40 foot beast was gruesome especially considering I was so curious as to how the mind flayer would manifest said monster (that we've only seen in Will dust/storm/cloud I was like how does an entity make itself not an entity but into flesh and blood.......my question was answered....

Barb’s death was so sad because no one cared about her and she wasn’t around long enough to become a fan favorite. It also left Nancy with no real friends so she’s obsessed with Jonathan for the rest of the series.

None of these except hoppers death is a dark moment to me. What about finding will n barely saving him? What about Billy's death? Or 11 being forced to find n torture the scientists that hurt her n 008 as a kid??? What about elevens mom being electroshocked into a trace for the rest of her life ???

So many great moments. I’ve always loved how Steve turns out. From Bully to hero. Also Bob , superhero. What a guy. It’s a a great show and each character is so well thought out and it’s so awesome to watch the cast grow. I could write a lot more about it but I’d be here all day. Also I totally binged 4 in a day. Love it. X

Any guy would freak out. His friends were the real bullies. Steve felt bad almost immediately for everything

Scene I thought was really dark in season 4 was when Steve was attacked by the demonic bats, he was totally helpless when the bats were biting his sides because of the bat choking him

4:20 This is by far my favorite Steve moment. A girl whom he just met, is put in the face of death and danger. He knows that she is related to the guy that has taken his ‘King’ crown. No matter. She’s important to his kids, then she is also now his kid. In front of all of them. “You want some? Come get this!!!”, will still give me chills to this day.

Y’all completely overlooked the part where Billy taunts Eleven by telling her he’s gonna end her, all her friends, and then everyone. The creepy part about this scene for me is that instead of using the word “kill” Billy uses the word “end”. It makes it sound like the Mind Flayer isn’t just gonna kill everyone, but completely obliterate them and any trace left of them.

It’s called a precordial thump. It’s a real thing that can get an irregular heartbeat back on track. The only issue is that if Will’s heart actually stopped, it wouldn’t do anything as it can only correct a heart that’s still beating.

I think this needs to be a Top 20 list instead of 10, because there more moments, like the Mind Flayer being created by melted people, Billy’s Death, the beginning of the first season with the doctor running away, and so much more. Hey maybe they will redo it and add those scenes, plus season 4 in. Like “Top 20 Darkest Moments in Stranger Things (Edited)”or something like that.

That scene where Mrs Driscoll sounding like a monster while eating FERTILIZER and in the ambulance screaming "I NEED TO GO BACK!!!" that secne was the most disturbing to me in the whole show. Idk why but the way how she sounded in that scene it felt so nerve racking along with her scream's echo while going to the next scene.

Number 5 reminds me of a scene in The New Daughter. It’s a horror movie I’ve seen a long time ago with my cousin. The scene is a woman being dragged away by something unknown and a part of her body was discovered out of the dirt

no one talks about Barbara's death. She didn't deserve it and it was so sad but everyone forgot about her. I wished they didn't kill her off so quickly because we would have witnessed her character development and probably loved her more as a character. JUSTICE FOR BARB!!!

9:24 The funny thing is: It is not the Demogorgon, it is Will. Yeah i know it sound strange, but if you consider what happens when someone is on the Upside down it was probably him trying to get back to the real World. In season 4 we see the other group communicating with Dustin and others by touching things, Will tried do the same. Also, the Demogorgon was not there and didn't appeared for Joyce. I'm having a theory he has powers too, but i think it is beyond acceptable for the series right now

i would like to add something!!! in the last clip u showed us you said it was a Demogorgon that took will 1. If u go back to that episode and look at the shadow in the street quick enough u will see that the shadows arms are not the same length which indicates that it is not a Demogorgon. 2. Also in the shadow u see that it has a long hand(Like Vecna's!!) 3. When the Demogorgon turns around u see that its head shape is not an open mouth like it is like a human head!! 4. When Will is in the Shed with the shotgun u see that the doors lock opens! And I don't know about u but I don't think a Demogorgon can move things with their mind!!! 😄😄 --------------------DRUM ROLL PLEASE------------------- Vecna or 001! What do u think? comment below?

“A shadow figure, later confirmed as the Demogorgon.” Looks like Venca to me because the Demogorgon when it turns around, you can see the flower shaped things and it has the arms in the same size but not Vecna. Vecna has 1 short 1 long. Has to be Vecna

The way Vecna kills his victims in season 4...the whole in the air bones breaking and and eyes sunk all the way in....anytime he killed anyone for the rest of the season I had to close my eyes!!! LOL

How did this show NOT get a TV-MA rating between "The Mindflayer" (after which I called "torture porn", vowed to never watch the show again, and even wrote an angry letter), torture, and Grigori's "Temple of Doom"-style death.

Season 4 maybe deserved it but aside from that it’s just dark tv14. Mindflater ain’t torture porn either… not all body horror is torture porn

@@lukeryan1934 I did not take Bob's death well, and in doing so, I may have said some things that may or may not have been entirely accurate, but I stand by my opinion of the scene of the demodogs eating his corpse being gratuitous. Whether or not it's actually torture porn is probably for the individual to call. And before anyone asks, no my letter did not include death threats.

@@sylv3053 bahahaha ok lol that makes more sense. I honestly don’t think bobs death was torture porn at all, as the gore was shown for traumatic effect. My film horror theory Professor explained to me that torture porn is normally put on display for the single purpose of providing the viewer with an odd sense or craving for slow body horror. Films like Saw, Green Inferno, and Hostel are examples of it.

The scene of Heather being dragged under the water, but not fading into the darkness. Just violently screaming and thrashing, frantic terrified eyes locked with us, looking inhumanly manic as she sinks further and further away until she can no longer be recognised. I’m so fucking high 😊

At Number one theres a theory that the "demogorgon" Is vecna because if you Pause the scene you can see the long left arm and the human-looking head .plus when the demogorgon opens the door it REALLY looks like vecna would open the door with his telecenetic powers and there was a clock sound !!Its Just a theory!!

For me: episode 6, season 3. At the end when everyine was going to the basement and everyone collapsing. It’s not everyone, just the old ladie and the kid “Adam” from his little brother saying “Adam, ur gonna miss it. It kept me up for 2 nights making me think of that happening to me. To the point where I started to cry until I went to my parents and stayed there for a few nights so I wasn’t getting nightmares
