I've had 5 Kawasaki inline 4 motor bikes . Original Z1000. GPZ 900 R ( Great bike !! ) .Two ZZR 1100 ,s and now the ZX 14 . The 14 is frighteningly fast . Superb handling and comfort . In my opinion a great looking bike . Simply the most enjoyable and safe bike i have ever ridden . The older I get the the less fear I have .I'm 70 . I have a Honda VFR 800 also . Very enjoyable and capable bike ,but not on the same planet as the Kwaka . Met Barry Sheene at a wedding in the U.K. . The most likeable ,polite and obliging man you could ever meet . A real gentleman .

Your 70 and you're still doing these things and I'm not whining and I am fortunate that I'm still breathing but when I think of a gentleman like you, the same age that I am and crap I have a hard time getting out on my lazy boy chair but it's okay but yes indeed you are quite the man!

Fun fact: it's also called the Hayabusa because the Paragrine falcon actually eats blackbirds, this is really cool because the previous fastest top speed bikes was the blackbird, which means the hayabusa beat the blackbird, just like how paragrine falcons eat blackbirds.

I've only owned two Japanese built bikes, a 1987 Yamaha FZ700 Pure Sports, and a 1990 Suzuki GSX-R 750R, both were ported and polished with the GSXR being a damn quick bike....but I'm an Indian Motorcycle man now exclusively, they're American made so that's the only motorcycle company I'll support....but I gotta admit, that MV Agusta F4 312 is one badass bike, as is that BMW S1000 RR, holy hell what a beast....

In the speedometer yes, but true speed around 370kmh , Kenan riding the bike, on a longer straight it could be faster, he rode it on a 2.6km long bridge

I am talking about the H2R run in the video, Kenan riding it on the bridge, they show speedometer reading 400kmh and say its a world record, when its definitely not that high, you can calculate it based on the bikes power and acceleration on that distance. Where is the speed trap results, or even a radar gun reading ? Surely it will be faster when giving more distance and good conditions, why not over 400kmh. You can take the max revs, gear ratio and calculate how much is the theoretical max speed, and then find a place where it can be done. 15 years ago i rode my bone stock Hayabusa , got a speedo reading of 340kmh, was it true speed, definitely not, i rode it downhill, in decent wind and speed error around 10%, there you have it, 300+kmh.

the video is really nice and informative, i like it but i have one problem with the numbers... me as a motorcycle driver myself don't see the numbers from 0 - 100, because you can't get faster then anywhere the 2.5 sec mark. basically every bike is on the physical limit the gravity provides us, every motorcycle on this list has the problem that the front wheel doesn't stand on the ground, even on 120kmh, means they all have the maximum acceleration available on a physics standpoint... it is rather more interesting to see the numbers from 0 - 200, or even higher, for an american for example the 0 - 100mph range or even higher... the impressive numbers are not the 0 - 100 kmh... its the numbers above... the first gear of bmw s1000rr goes up to 150kmh means, this bike doesn't see the 0 - 100kmh acceleration as a threat in any way... i mean.. in like ... no way at all, it is just something on the first gear anywhere in the middle of the rev available, some acceleration....... greetz from germany

My dream bike is a 2002 ninja ZX900RR with a small turbo, like i had mine! I was running 9’s with that bike in the 1/4 and could hit 201mph in the half mile! It was as close to a full blown track bike except the swing arm I kept it stock as I like to ride long fast wheelies it’s I used to I should say.

Im glad the Dodge Tomohawk wasnt granted more than passing comment as it has never proven itself. With two wheels so close together Im sure at speed it is dangerously unstable if it gets into a wobble so nobody dare push it and Dodge dont want to embaress themselves

I saw a y2k turbine bike last year while i was living in Phoenix Arizona. The owner brought it to a car meet known as the “pavs”. Saw it a couple times. Owner fires it up for everybody almost every time he has it out. Such a cool bike

The number 1 bike was 0-60 in under 3 seconds, which every modern liter(RR) bike can do. FFS a 2017 GSXR does 2.7 stock and isn't on the list, somehow the BMW is way down the list even though IRL it's a beast... I don't understand this list. H2Rs are fanboy nonsense.

Actully that black bike you singled out is a CBR. pause the video and you can clearly see the honda badge and the cbr name on the fairing. Its just a very new model

Kawasaki Z series is NOT the same as the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12. And for the video they got the pricing mixed up too. None of the Ninja ZXs on Kawasaki's site go for under 10K, and their motors are around 1400 CC, which explains their speeds. The Kawasaki Z series Z125Pro goes for about 3.2K, but only has 125CCs - obviously not the motorcycle they were talking about with that little power to it.

An interesting if somewhat inaccurate one. For instance, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX 12R did NOT come with 190 hp., it had 178 (I own one).

After I advanced the cam on my 2000 r1 was 144 horsepower on the ground top speed 203 mph 329km and it was awesome.

Inaccurate facts. The Kawasaki ZX12R 2000 model with the unlimited speed went 312km out of the factory. I owned one and with a Yoshi pipe sounded like a jet. Amazing motorbike.

The speeds are accurate, and I agree with the list however he is way off in the cost of these machines. If I could find an s1000rr for 13k that's a steal. You're looking at 22k-26k depending on features in my area.
