The scene of Finn letting Rachel go to NY is so much more meaningful seeing the things Rachel achieved in New York + Finn/Cory passing away. In S5 Rachel tells Will she always imagined she'd become famous and then come home to Finn, who would be a teacher and just say "I'm home". That was actually the original supposed ending of the show. :( before Cory passed away

And at the end of Finn’s performance of I’ll Stand By You his mom comes in and asks “Are you singing to a sonogram?” causing the poor boy to burst into tears and apologize to his mom for getting a girl pregnant, or so he thought, and rather than be mad and scold him, his mom comforts him. Very sweet and pretty sad considering Finn isn’t the real father to Beth.

theres this super cute moment that i think it underrated.. so underrated because im pretty sure im the only one that cares about it lmao but its in the episode of rachels fsiled NYADA audition when Finn is helping her prepare by timing how quickly she can change her facial expressions and making sure she doesn't have to open any doors because of the germs on door knobs and stuff like that. it was super pure and he was so supportive. idk i just think it was super adorable

Even though it wasn't mentioned, I thought that the episode in season 3 where he had the whole glee club help Santana accept her sexuality, then sang his version of girls just wanna have fun was very sweet and caring and always made me cry. That whole episode showed how much Finn still cared about her as a friend.

I agree with the top pic, but I have to mention the scene when he sings “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” to Santana. I think he was the one to calm her down, which says a lot as she was particularly thunderous that episode. It was a sweet scene, and when he says she was his first and he cares for her... it just broke my heart. When Santana breaks in the middle of “If I Die Young” a season later, we know that moment (and Finn himself) meant a lot to her too.

There’s only one other scene/performance I would have included. Finn’s lead in “Paradise In the Dashboard Light” arguably the New Directions best, most complex competition performance throughout the series and from a story arc perspective, won their national championship in season 3.

I absolutely love this list. Glee was always my favorite show and Finn is my favorite character besides Rachel, but I think the "Don't Stop Believin'" should've been number 1

I remember when I found out about his death, I was only 11 years old, and after binge watching the glee series there was one scene in season 3 episode 9, where finn names a star after himself so that whenever rachel felt lonely cause he isn't there, she can look up in the sky, and he'll always be looking down on her. That scene means so much more now
