VICTORIOUS THEORY: Before Andre's Grandma lost her mind, she was out with Andres parents, and somebody killed both of them, but the Grandma managed to escape. Which is why shes scared and paranoid about everything all the time, and is why Andre lives with her. Also, before his parents died, they used to pressure Andre to be the best he can be with his music, and is why he writes better when his Grandma yells at him.

I don’t think “cat rejecting Robbie” was really a running gag . They were best friends and they liked each other and it was obvious she liked him too but she only “rejected” him because she was going to prom with somebody else
