In the UK, the mixture of Ketchup and Mayo is called a Maryrose sauce which we have with prawns to create a prawn maryrose salad xxxx

I love my local Walmart, it’s huge and has great organic produce at the best prices. I cost compare with my local grocery stores and everything is priced better here too.

Love this, Katie! We do Caulipower once a week and it's fun for healthy pizza night. We split 3 for a family of 5 and side salad and fruit. Also, just got your LSF chocolate and love it!!!

Hi Katie, Love all your videos and easy meal prep. I couldn’t believe I found almost all of the items you have shown at better prices. I am a big fan of siete wraps, all primal kitchen products, avocado mayo, and grass fed products. I have never tried the caulipower or chicken nuggets but certainly will on my next trip. ❤

Our “local” Walmart is a 45 minute drive too, so I don’t go very often. It isn’t the best Walmart either. The food side of it is super small, not like the Walmart I was used to in Michigan. Thank you for sharing these Walmart findings! ❤❤
