There’s 2 particularly notable ones that I’ll always remember: the more famous one, Black Lagoon when Roberta the maid produces a switchblade from her boot and horse kicks a guy so hard all his friends keel over from the pain. The second comes from a little known anime called Today in Class 5-2. The hero and his buddy are having a contest to see who’s superball goes the highest, and end up flipping the girls skirts with them by accident. After chewing them out they begin to walk away and one of the girls slips on a ball. The hero goes full bishie for a moment before his eyes roll back in his head and he collapses into a sobbing heap.

Actually, there should be another "low blow" scene which I really expected to see in this video. It was in episode 18 of Rurouni Kenshin. The scene where Yahiko defeats one bad guy from the first episode by Kenshin's reverse-blade sword. This scene also has funny allegories of the devastating smash that bad guy experienced. It was possible because the episode 18 of Rurouni Kenshin is a filler episode.
