While not a TV or movie reference, there is the game, "The Adventures of Ninja Nanny & Sherrloch Sheltie: No. 11 Downing Street" which came out in 1993. It is Monty Python-ish in its strange style and artwork.

There's another one from Game of Thrones that you missed: when Daenerys introduces herself to another Khal in Season 6, he and one of his warriors list off the good things in life. Also, in one of the OVAs for the anime Girls und Panzer, the freshman Rabbit Team makes a direct reference to the Spam sketch, with the team captain Azusa Sawa standing in for the waittress yelling, "Shut up!" at the Vikings in the diner.

An anime called Girls Und Panzer has a scene that references the SPAM skit. Because copyright rules are weird in Japan, they censor the first letter of SPAM every time it's said, so it sounds like "[BLEEP]PAM [BLEEP]PAM [BLEEP]PAM [BLEEP]PAM" They even cut away to the girls wearing the Viking outfits while they sat at a similarly designed set as used in the skit and included the random exterior shot of the viking ship rowing on rough seas. 1 Monty Python reference was actually in the British Canadian animated series Blazing Dragons which was pretty much a parody of Monty Python's the Holy Grail as the show was created by Monty Python's Terry Jones

Another Monty Python reference was actually the title of a episode of the British children's series Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids the episode Monty's Python
