Clarification on the "like score" and "favorite score." I tried to explain in the video and with the text at 1:39 and 1:54 but some people still don't understand so I'll put my explanation here too. These scores are in relation to THE FIRST PLACE cat, NOT to total voters. If a cat has a 100% like score, it does not mean they got 100% like votes, it means that they got more like votes than any other cat. Brightheart got 1252 out of 1758 possible like votes (the most of any cat), or 71.2%. So she becomes the basis for the formula. So for her score, the calculation would be 1252/1252, giving her 100%. And for another example: Cinderpelt, she got 1087 out of 1758 possible votes. But she is not judged against total votes, she is judged in relation to Brightheart. So her like score is 1087/1252 which is 86.8%. The favorite score is works exactly the same except the score is based on three questions instead of one, with the formula I use for that being in the video. By design, there has to be one cat with a 100% like score and one cat with a 100% favorite score. If I hadn't done it this the favorite scores would all have been way too close together (and all under 15%), and mostly like score would be deciding the top cat.

In my opinion, Alderheart is underrated. He’s just so goofy goober!!

But my top 3 favorites are: 1. Bristlefrost: she sacrificed her place in starclan and her life with rootspring so she could save starclan and the dark forest 2. Alderheart: he is always kind to everyone; always gives cats warm gazes 3. Twigbranch: She is honest and also doesn’t let others boss her around. She also tries to prove her loyalty and brings tons of prey back to Thunderclan! ❤❤❤

I’m a Shadowsight kinda person and I am disappointed that he wasn’t somewhat mentioned in this, but hey, I love Grey Wing a lot as well

My fav cat is Gray Wing. His role as a father figure thoughout Dawn of the Clans was incredible (specifically his relationship with Pebble Heart), the fact that he tried his best to lead after Tall Shadow stepped down temporarily due to Moon Shadow’s injury, his relationships with Clear Sky, Turtle Tail, Slate and so many more characters and he is just in general such an incredible character (I hate that A Light In The Mist blamed him for Ashfur getting into StarClan, that’s horrible character assassination). Also his death at the end of Path Of Stars broke my heart and it was the first time I’ve ever cried when reading a book.

I love all the cats, like brightheart. But It was a little bit sad/disappointing to not see bluestar in the top 10. Her character development was amazing and her death made WC fans cry, her super addition shows how she’s lost a lot, and shows how her emotions work. The writers made us realize how much we love bluestar but giving us her paranoia which made everyone extremely sad about her paranoia.

I'm glad Cinderpelt and Yellowfang made it onto the top ten (not that I'm surprised), Cinderpelt was such a kind and excited apprenticed before her injury, even once she got hurt and and that she couldn't ever be a warrior, that didn't break her spirit and is a great character. Yellowfang was such a kind and fun character, she made the books more fun and she was so kind so Firestar (heart). Yellowfang is probably one of my favorite characters! I'm glad Ravenpaw made it on to, he was such a kind and fun character and made the books have more ✨drama✨ or just more interesting-. TBH, I've read the Ravenpaw' s Path graphic novel like 20 times-

My 3 absolutely favourites are definitely Bristlefrost, Ivypool and Squirrelflight !! So I'm very happy to see them in that list ! If I had to choose my 3 favourites underrated cats, I'd say Whistlepaw, Rosetail and Icewing ! Love your videos Akira, and I'm glad someone did a video like this, showing which cats the fandom likes

Top 3 for me 1. Needletail. I love how rebellious she is, and how much she isn’t afraid of the rules to do what she thinks is right. I also find her relationship with Alderheart and Violetshine amazing, and although she made a lot of mistakes, she made up for them in the end when she sacrificed herself. She just sorta stood out to me, yk? 2. Moth Flight. I know she’s kind of controversial, but I love how playful and dreamy she was, and found her super édition really interesting. Also, I like the cover a lot XD 3. Hollyleaf. Code-follower turned evil, I love it. She became the thing she hated most when she killed Ashfur. Then she redeemed herself later, too, which was also fun. And she had the most interesting POV in Power of Three, I remember thinking. Tawnypelt is a close fourth, merely because of the amount of inside jokes my friends and I have about her.

Here are my opinions on these cats if anyone wants to know :D Cinder'pelt- I love her and Cinder'heart so much, she's a great medicine cat and warrior and it's great she got a second chance Fire'star- come on, who can't love Fire'star?? Some people say he's overrated but I think he's just an amazing leader Bright'heart- So sweet and her story is so heartwarming, she definitely deserves to be in the top 10! Yellow'fang- She's amazing, funny, cantankerous and overall a great addition to the books not to mention is a great star clan member! Leaf'pool- YASSSSS, so glad she is up here!!! Definitely is one of my favourites and I will not hear anything bad about her ❤ Ivy'pool- She slays!! I used to prefer Dove'wing but after she left for shadow clan my opinions slipped. Ivy'pool was pushed to do what she did and resolved the situation that she had caused. Overall queen Raven'paw- Don't come at me but I wasn't really expecting to see him up here, that doesn't mean I don't like him I just didn't realise how much of an effect he had on the books. It's great that he was the closest characters to pride and that's great for the books :D Holly'leaf- Such a good character, she helped save the clans and was always there for her brothers. It was definitely expected for her to be up there and I think she slays! Squilf- I used to think she was overrated but she definitely deserves this spot because she is such a great apprentice, warrior, deputy and will be a great leader. I feel like hers and Bramble'stars arguments got a bit annoying but that doesn't affect squirrel'flight as a character Jay'feather- I can't say I wasn't expecting this because he is an all round great character and medicine cat without a forbidden romance (except with a ghost and a stick but we don't talk about that) That took a while, thanks if you read it all and tell me what u think :D

WARNING: SPOILERS! Squirrel Flight is now Squirrel Star, her deputy is Ivy Pool! A lot of people say they prefer Ivy pool as the current leader or just to be a warrior. A lot people also Squirrel Star may not be a good cat for the leader role. I don’t mind it all I’m just glad to see her finally become leader and I hope we get a video of who was at her nine lives ceremony or if her son took her to the moon pool!

My favorite cat is actually Breezepelt, and nobody can change my mind about him. It’s a shame he didn’t appear on this list.

Honestly, Jayfeather is 100% true He's like my all time favorite character in any of the books. Him being blind is plus(and is the first blind cat mentioned who didn't retire), plus he is also pretty sassy and rude which is unique for a medicine cat. And his attitude overall just brings something to life in the books for me, not only that but he was the reason the clans frickin reunited again. And honestly, Jayfeather is just a mood 😂

My top 2 picks for underrated characters are Shadow’Sight and Sol. Both I feel get under appreciated because “oh he’s just another AlderHeart” or “he’s just another villain to move the plot along” but I feel they have a much more prominent impact (not just plot) than other higher regarded characters

Personally, my favourites are: Cloudtail, Stormfur, Thrushpelt and Foxleap. With honorable mentions to Rootspring and Crookedstar for being my favourite PoVs (IK Stormfur was a PoV too, but he became one of my favs long after Moonrise). I am happy to see Brightheart and Ravenpaw make the top 10 though, they are also awesome (Ravenpaw was my first favourite, before Cloudtail turned out amazing).

Hear are my favourite warrior cats :D Crowfeather-no, I'm not even joking, I just love him sm, even though he's a complex character, I still love him a lot. Rootspring-HE IS LIKE THE SWEETEST ARRGHGHHH I LOVE HIM SM Mapleshade-I love her a lot, and I'm those type if people that go like, "she didn't deserve the dark forest," sooooooooooo Frostpaw-no, but actually, she reallly derserves some love after all she's been through. Leafpool-literly she is so adorable and sweet I LOVE HER SM Tigerstar (2)-NO I'M NOT LYING HE IS MY GUY, and way better then Bumblestripe, idk y but some people go like, "oh, Tigerstar stole Dovewing from him," like, DOVEWING NEVER LOVE HIM!!! The Erins kinda messed up her story, like seriously, she thought she was part of the prophecy, tried to kill her mother, then ran into the tunnels and it collapsed on her, and she stayed there for like, 6 books, and she came back alive, AND THEN SHE DIED THE NEXT BOOK LIKE WHAT!? My top three are probably Thrushpelt, Brambleberry, and Shadowsight (or Frostpaw-- I love them both equally right now). I find myself more drawn to characters who play supporting roles normally with Shadowsight and Frostpaw being the acceptation. In a sense, background characters can be more "modeled" after your own headcanons and ideas of who they were when they are not featured every book. This video was insightful though on what a majority of people's favs are! : >

Oh my gosh, I should have known 🤣🤣. Jayfeather is everyone's favorite, (other than mine, which is currently tied between Frostpaw and Nightheart) because he's, well, Jayfeather! Kind of disappointed that Gray Wing wasn't in the top ten, but not surprised, partly because his arc is older and less popular (AND DIDNT EVEN FINISH EXPLAINING HOW THE CLANS WERE BORN), and his tragic death. I just finished reading the DotC, so he is probably number 2 on my list. Honestly, I am very glad that Lionblaze wasn't on there, he is my least favoritenon villain character in the series, taking Sparkpelt's place after Shadow. I can see why people like Squirrelflight so much, personally she isn't my favorite cat, but I do realize that most of my dislike for her probably came because of her relationship with Bramblestar, whom is also one of my least favorite characters. I LOVE Leafpool, she is still one of my favorite characters in the series, even though her arc is long behind us. Ivypool is also one of my favorite characters, probably because she is an anti hero. (me just now learning about the term, anti hero 😅) Same with Hollyleaf, though she is much more extreme, and is not as high on my list. I personally don't like Ravenpaw. I love his personality, and how they portray him as the under dog, but then they tried to ruin him with the whole LGBTQ thing, and now I can't even think about him anymore. (Nothing wrong with the people that believe in that stuff, I may dislike it, but I don't hate the people who do it. Just don't take offense at it, I mean none)

As someone who is not subbed, but will sometimes watch this channel, I will say that the top two are definately top 5 in the fandom as a whole and not just here. I see and hear about love for them everywhere! Personally, they are 5th and 6th for me. Also, this poll further supports my "everyone loves Brightheart" saying.

My top 10 favorite characters are these: 1: Bristlefrost- She gave up everything for everyone in the clans and not just that, but she’s lovable, dependable, kind, and faced some trauma just from not getting to be with Rootspring in Starclan.(I hope Akria’s theory about those two super editions is right!) 2: Ivypool- Yes, she’s edgy and cool and just had some amazing character development but she learned how to be a *real* warrior. She not only showed us stuff about the Darkforest but she climbed to the top and earned deputy! I hope she becomes leader one day 3: Mapleshade- She’s got trauma, betrayal and everything in between, who can’t love her bad girl character persona? Everything with the three cats she killed gives new readers chills when they first see it. She’s got to be a cat to not be trifled with. (I certainly wouldn’t!) 4: Mothflight- She has trauma that I can read over and over. Micah’s death was one of the only deaths in the entire series that I’ve almost cried about. When a cat is mad, sad or just having a strong emotion, I *feel* that emotion, so Mothflights Vision hit me HARD 5: Hollyleaf- I enjoyed reading about her character arc and just seeing M.A.Ps and such about her killing Ashfur and the fire gives me chills. Hopefully she feels better in Starclan now….. I’ll finish this later but I’m I bit busy!

My favorites would be: 1st: Squirrelflight - I’ve read her super edition first and felt something that was tugging me closer. Absolutely nothing can separate me from her. Squirrelstar! Squirrelstar! 2nd: Hollyleaf - She was such a underrated character and I loved her obsession of the warrior code. Killing Ashfur, running away, meeting Fallen Leaves, leaving him *twice*, then dying to save someone in The Last Hope, it just made her feel so much more fun! Maybe Hollyleaf x Cinderheart? 3rd: Sparkpelt - Even though I’m only on AVoS, I know a lot of spoilers and know about her mating with Larksong and her kits Nightheart/Flamepaw and Finchkit (I don’t remember her warrior name). Her grief over the deaths of Larksong and *maybe* Leafpool made her ignorant about mainly anyone! 4th and 5th: Leafpool and Mothwing - Let me get this straight, lesbian kitty-cats are absolutely going to be at least in the top 10. Leafpool was the first to know about Mothwing not believing in StarClan, and did her best to keep it. Mothpool all the way!!

I loved Ravenpaw, I wish they gave him more time in the books. I also love Jayfeather, because he reminds me of myself. Kind of a grouch, but able to feel what others feel. I hate Squirrelflight with a passion, I don't know why. Her and Brambleclaw were never my favorites. I liked Hawkfrost, Hollyleaf, Leafpool, Graystripe, Mapleshade and her kits, and many more. Some villains are just very well written, while others have a more crappier story, but good design. The top cats of mine have the fortune of being well written and beautiful, I would say.

I was surprised Tigerstar I (tigerclaw) wasn't even in the top villains honorable mentions, like he isnt anything special but I assumed the nostalgia would have gotten him a spot instead of scourge also kinda wish Tree was at least mentioned, he has an interesting backstory and role with the clans, and I havent read the newest 2 arcs but I remember liking him a lot in the rogue series with Darktail. Glad sol was in the top villains honorable mentions tho! I feel like he would have been a lot higher IF the Erins actually did make Sol come back. It feels like such a missed oppurunity... but maybe it is not too late? Starclan's faith has sorta been weakened (or so I've heard from people who have read the newest series) because of the recent events, so it seems like a good time for him to strike in a potential next series Anyway I'm just rambling atp. Love the vid tho- I agree with most of these if I were to have a top 10. Ivypool > Dovewing for sure. (Never forgave her running away, always thought that was so irresponsible especially after everything that happened with the clan in the 4th series).

Since I have too many favorites I'll point out my top three 1. Squirrelflight and Leafpool (their bond was always my favorite thing reading the books and I hated seeing how much the had to suffer) 2. Firestar (I don't just like him because he's the very first protagonist but because he's a character that was given so much time to have flaws and growth to his character) 3. Jayfeather (I don't think people see how much his disability effects how he tries to live his life and that he too despite being grumpy suffers inside but is able to grow and mature into the grumpy boy we know and love)
