I've not got anything against Forrest Gump at all, I thought it was brilliant. But I have known my fair share of people with similar conditions/ learning disabilities years after its release and honestly I have become more critical of its portrayal of Forrest Gump himself in recent years. Particularly the potential kind of negative stereotypes it might have created or made popular in pop culture in the 20+ years since its release. I could think of worse examples, because on the other hand it also potentially got more right than others too.

+Nuntius O But in all seriousness, you can easily find people and/or reasons why people can hate any of these movies. I've read people's hatred for some of these movies because they can be childish (Wizard of Oz and WALLE) or having effects that look dated (Raiders, ESB, and Ghostbusters) and I can understand some people not liking these films because of being too violent or crude or profane (Goodfellas). This is probably the most click-bait video I've seen from you guys in a while.

If they'd entitled this video "Top 10 Movies that are Hard to Hate" then those "I actually hate...." comments would be irrelevant: as it is they're perfectly valid. PS. My favorite line from Shawshank Redemption: "When do we eat?" asks an inmate. "You eat when we say you eat, you shit when we say you shit." I don't know what else the prison guard says to the inmate, but that scene takes the cake in Shawshank Redemption.

The Dark Knight is not as popular as it once was, some who went crazy for it back in 2008 are now calling it and the trilogy as a whole overrated. To the point some are calling the 1989 Tim Burton movie underrated, despite the fact it's popularity never went away.

I can find one reason to not like these movies 10. Depressing about robots ruining the world (Wall-E) 9. Everyone in this movie is likely dead and this looks like a dream Dorthy had during the twister. (Wizard of Oz) 8. About sharks and makes people not go into the water again. (Jaws) 7. Never heard of GoodFellas 6. Never heard of Raiders of the Lost Arc too 5. Ghosts aren’t even real and people still manage to find them and that’s just how the brain works(Ghostbusters) 4. Not a Star Wars fan, never saw what people see in these movies (Star Wars) 3. Inaccurate predictions (Back to the Future) 2. Never seen/ but heard of this movie (Ferris Beulers day off) 1. Never heard of this movie (Shawshank Redemption)

Steamboat Willie. Maybe the amazing performances, perfect capture of style (from the music to the whole vibe it perfectly catches the 60/70’s setting with a mob tint) the cinematrogaphy is amazing and its very well directed. The story is very interested and the storytelling itself is masterfull, just to name a few

Some of my favorite movies include The Goonies, Back to the Future, Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Thing, National Lampoon’s Vacation original and Christmas Vacation, Raiders of the Lost Arc, The Last Crusade, Home Alone, Reservoir Dogs, Avengers Infinity War and Endgame, Willy Wonk and the Chocolate Factory, the Lion King, Kill Bill, Ghostbusters, A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, a lot of the James Bond movies, etc. The thing is I don’t watch a whole lot of movies. I am more of a KZfaq video watcher so it is hard for me to get interested in a movie.

The Breakfast Club deserves a spot not just a mention. It’s so beautifully crafted. It’s sad and poinient and disturbing and hysterical all at the same time. It deals with the darker aspects of adolescence.

James Meek Jurassic Park is a cinematic masterpiece for multiple reasons! It pioneered CGI and birthed the digital effects we've come to expect in every movie. It's a great book adaptation. It's a great standalone movie thanks to its story and characters. The music is some of the best, even for John Williams. The list goes on!
