17 жыл бұрынOk so I decided to make a sorta tribute to Charmed's Piper Halliwell, played by the amazing Holly Marie Combs.
The reason why I wanted to make this video was because I felt that she made the show worth watching for me, and I felt that she didn't really get enough credit for her great work.
I am not at all affiliated with Charmed or with Holly Marie Combs. I'm just a huge fan.
The music I used for this vid was Let It Rain by Amanda Marshall. I am not affiliated with Amanda Marshall either.

I definitely agree with you, Piper made the show. She was the most interesting character and the best actress in my opinion. Why else would they give her most of the crying/dying scenes. I adore her and her character concept.

Piper had the most character development over the whole 8 year cycle. Not that the other actresses and characters weren’t fantastic, with character development, too... but Piper has the most. She was the central character. 😊

Those were some of my favorite scenes... You're right without Piper this show would've been nothing. Holly Marie Combs was born to play this role. I love her to death.

I think all the scenes after Prue's death really showed Holly's acting abilities She is so great with emotional scenes they seem so real

Holly is probably the best actor I've ever seen who could get emotional during a scene and have it be believable

she deserved a golden globe or something! she is a really good actress, always did the emotional scenes to the best! she's totally under the radar and she shouldn't be

I've always given credit for the way Piper handled the Elders. After what they put the sisters through, I wouldn't have been surprised had the Halliwell's gone on a torrent and killed them all

I loved Pipers cool, classy, easy going nature. She was so funny in a subtle way. My favorite moments were her out of character scenes. When she was riding with the biker gang and sword fighting all those men in the attic by herself, those were fun times.

Piper really was the Heart of the Charmed ones. It’s something the reboot hasn’t touched on. There’s no family bonds, no key moments, no grams. 🤷♂️🤷♂️

More like Holly Marie Combs best scenes on Charmed... I loved the character Piper she was my favorite as well, I thank the writers for creating such an amazing character! But praise should also be brought to Holly for making this character come to life and playing these scenes so beautifully. Pretty good actress right there

This just shows how bad piper had it , and how strong she is . constantly losing Leo , losing prue , wanting a normal life . she could never catch a break . She never put her issues over her charmed duties . Truly the strongest out of the 3 and I’m glad the show ended with piper .

Piper definitely became my number one favorite by season 4 when she started to branch out as the older sister after Pru's death. Before it was Piper and Phoebe tied for first.

I agree. When the Angel of Destiny takes Leo, I was a mess. It was one of the saddest Piper/Leo moments.

I remember when I had long hair like piper..after I would finish watching charmed, id do my hair like pipers on wat ever episode id see :) I want my hair long again :)

I like all the Halliwell sisters, but Piper Halliwell is my favorite Halliwell sister because her powers are cool, she's a great mother to Wyatt and Chris and great sister to Prue, Phoebe and Paige.

I am hooked o. Charmed and disappointed that Prue always leave her roles in the show. But the ladies did great Paige is awesone and I love P3 for life

carloscarreon92097 no they didn’t. Shannen was a pain to work with and that’s why she got cut. Alyssa had nothing to do with it even though it’s no secret they didn’t like each other

i love the episode from moment 10, so sweet and romantic, it's one of my favorites, and the episode from moment 9 too, and 8 too.

To me this also highlights how great Phoebe is too, she added a nice balance to piper's relatable emotions that overtook her from time to time as someone who seemed overly grounded in the situations. Had both of them been high emotion it would not have highlighted piper's moments as well. Classic show and Piper was always my favorite.

Leo didn’t ‘choose’ to become an Elder! He became one when he gave the Charmed Ones the power of the Ancient Greek Gods! Because the Elders who already existed didn’t have the guts to.

@sissysassygirl YES she really was. i hate that she NEVER got any new powers after season 3. In fact it seemed her explosion power got weaker season by season

This is great. I love holly shes such a great actress and she needs to be recognised for it more. I think she kind of looks like Neve Campbell from scream especially when they were both younger...maybe it's just me.

Personal gain is just an excuse. They used many times magic for their personal gain - orbing from house to work, stopping time for own personal advantage, getting visions to check future or casting spells to see if lover is honest or using magic to bring back sister.

Isn't it funny how Shannen was Holly's best friend and left the show over differences with Alyssa. In the show Piper is much more upset and desperate to bring her back than Phoebe.

Um true up until the differences part Shannon left on her own because the story was starting to get stale and centered around her and phoebe broke down later
