Comics and television usually handle shapeshifters unrealistically by clothing them and then mistakenly having the clothing altered when the character changes their form. That ability is accurately portrayed in the X-men films, where Mystique basically goes through life in the nude, except when she imitates another person, or on True Blood, where the shifters took off their clothes before changing their appearance.

"Nearly limitless applications" is putting it kind of lightly for telekinesis. With appropriate knowledge of physics and chemistry, you can use it to mimic a whole host of other superpowers. Igniting hydrogen in the air: pyrokinesis. Pulling water out of the air: hydrokinesis. Stimulating cells into closing up wounds or purging toxins: healing factor. Energizing two points of contact: electrokinesis. Use it on yourself: flight, super strength, super speed, enhanced durability, telepathy, etc. etc. And the list goes on and on.

Teleportation would be LIT. It’d be so convenient. You could travel the world or anywhere instantly at any time with anyone and save A WHOLE LOT of time and money on gas and travel.

Things I'd like to say after watching this video: 1. Invincibility/Invulnerability, depending on how it works, can be a curse. Case in point: Baldur from God of War IV game. 2. Aside from Wall-crawling, the superpowers on honorable mentions can be VERY versatile in everyday life when you are creative. 3. Time travelling.... Well, Avenger's Endgame has clearly shown that you can't use time-travel to fix past mistakes, though it can be used to anticipate future events. 4. These are superpowers that should be mentioned on the list: *Vector manipulation - theoretically even more powerful than telekinesis; you can bend space itself on master level. *Time stopping - personally, it's more useful than teleportation and super speed. *Polarity/Magnetism - it's kind of hard to explain properly, but there are shit-loads of magnetic material EVERYWHERE, like iron - again, irons are basically EVERYWHERE. *Electrokinesis - in modern days where everything runs on electricity, it's a very handy ability to have around. In fact, advanced electrokinesis can generate electromagnetism, which can give you power over polarity as well. *Aerokinesis - you manipulate the very air itself; they're around you. *Hydrokinesis - nearly as versatile as aerokinesis. *Reality Shift - OP, Hacks, as simple as that. Case in point: Scarlet Witch, Thanos with Six Infinity Stones and Dr. Manhattan.

Superspeed like the Flash. Or have the same power as the kids in the movie Chronicle. Or Immortality, which, by definition, nothing can kill you. Not your head being sliced off, cause your skin would be to hard to even cut. Not being covered in acid, cause your body can withstand it like it was rain. Nothing could kill you. However, the downside would be you would be that you live forever.

Number 9 (omnilinguistic) is just taking up a spot on your list because number 7 (telepathy) would cover that. Were hear our inner thoughts and monologues in the languages that we know but our base thoughts have no language. We could potentially translate someone else's thoughts into words that we understand. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Powers 10, 9, 8, 6, and 1 would be the ones I would love to have.

I think invincibility could be the most dangerous power. Psychologically speaking the become unkillable or invincible could go to one's head. I mean with no chance of pain or death certain consequences would no longer apply. Making some grow bold and even reckless.

Teleportation : Zip anywhere you want, even directly into someone else's body, literally merging yourself with that someone, making you look like that thing from the movie The Thing since there is NO GUARANTEE that no one is going to be at the EXACT spot you are teleporting to. Telekinesis : Yes! I can FINALLY be a REALLY lazy couch potato. Time Travel : A power to give you a chance to wipe out your own existence just by doing seemingly harmless things in the past via the domino/snowball effect? No thanks. Super Strength : Breaking EVERYTHING or ANYONE with a single tap... even the ones you don't want to break... Breathe Underwater : No demerits that I can think of at the moment, but you will be one heck of a lifeguard at the pool or beach. Pyrokinesis : Yeah, the ability to burn anything... what could POSSIBLY go wrong with this power? Wall crawling : Stick to walls... but can NEVER remove yourself from it, or anything you touch... Quicksilver isn't nearly fast enough to do 99% of what the FOX movies claim he can. His maximum is usually the speed of sound.

Out of all of these I think I would go with shapeshifting or Telekinesis. If I could go with any power I would go with omni-manipulation or the ability to manipulate literally every ascpect of reality with your mind, time, space, your own body.

Why isn't super healing on this list? (Wolverine). That's basically immortality. The ability to heal from most injuries and be impervious to disease and illness.

The Shazam power is actually SIX powers in one, so if you're going to trade your soul, that's your best deal.

Also, would your clothes go invisible, or are you like BnHA's character Tooru Hagakure in her hero outfit, running around nude except for gloves and boots? And you would still give off a scent and heat, which can be tracked via dogs or infrared. 7. Hearing the thoughts of others, but can you control it, or would you go mad hearing the voices in your head? Also, once control is learned, it could also be possible to exert your telepathic will onto another, thereby controlling another person. 6. As with #8, do you shapeshift clothes, or is it just your body? How would your shapeshifting abilities work--do you have to see the person to do it, or is it a process of interacting with them? Also, you have the appearance of another, yet shapeshifting doesn't give the person the memories of the individual of whom they take the appearance. 5. As with #10, would your body be able to withstand the force of high speeds? Also, would your mind be able to react at the speeds necessary to make difficult maneuvers or simply weaving through a crowd/foot traffic? 4. What are the requirements? Do you need to have visited the place, or is it a concentration thing similar to the Wizarding World's Apparition? Do you need to draw a teleportation circle, or is it instantaneous? If it is concentration-based, is "splinching" possible, or would it take you somewhere on Earth close to the target ("close" being relative). 3. Is it a concentrated power, or do all the things you choose to float just levitate at a level? What is the limit of the telekinetic abilities before your mind starts to strain? Do you have to touch the object first, or do you have to focus on the target to have it float? 2. OK, this is the real can of worms with lots of potential, so here goes. If you are capable of time travel, would it be a few seconds or whatever you want? Is it forward-only, or forward AND backward? If backward travel is possible, would you be able to manipulate the events, or is it like you're in a simulation--able to visit but not interact? 1. If you are invulnerable/invincible, is there a limit to it? Would you be able to feel, or would you end up like Baldur of Norse mythology? If you can still feel, would your mind be able to handle the pain of, say, falling from the Burj Khalifa in Dubai?
