Coimbatore Main Junction, Tiruchchirappalli Jn & Salem Junction (are all in TN) are one of the Best & Cleanest Stations..!! Had to be included in the video.

The railways in India can't be judged on the basis of a few pictures.Since the swach Bharat abhiyan things have changed a lot.i can say this because I travel a lot and the things are very different from 2009.
