I honestly wished ALL Barbies looked like this tho! Does anyone remember when NO MATTER what she did , it still had elements of glamour, pink, camp and femininity! Like the " I can be..." Dolls, the basic budget dolls and other dolls that Barbie had. Why does everything have to be shapeless, ugly, serious and boring?? Kids and us adults DO NOT like that! Sorry for this long rant, it's just disappointing to go to retail stores and see nothing but dullness.

I love the glitz doll with the teal dress! That face mold is my favorite and I have been collecting her. She is Barbie Fashionista #217 for the Barbie 65th Anniversary doll.

My niece got the wave 3 Purple dress doll back in 2012. I must say that the quality back then is so good. This play line is a budget/entry doll, but still a lil bit expensive in my country. Wave 10 definitely the best wave.

Wave 10 is my favorite too but I'm shocked to see this Miley without pixelation! I have two black girls, one wears the dress from Miley which was awfully pixelated.

The 2009 line is my favorite, the pink one is the stereotypical Barbie for me, i wish Glitz to be the only budget/affordable Barbie line

I didn't even know this line had a name, they're simply referred to as the cheapo ones in LatinAmerica if I remember correctly before this there was a similar line called Barbie chic that was also cheaper end with basic articulation straight arms and a dress...

❤ Awesome, I think I only knew about half of these only. I def agree with your 1st and last place. Idk the 60th anniversary was part of the Glitz line. I refused to buy them because I thought it was so backwards of Mattel to use the palms down bodies and all the face ups were meh I need to get the newest. I always lean towards the sparkly style.

Bonjour, J'habite en France et nous n'avons pas cette gamme malheureusement, dans les différentes enseignes que je visite, la gamme la moins chère est Barbie Princesse, avec le buste moulé de couleurs différentes et la longue jupe en polyester a 5€99... Ensuite on passe directement a la Barbie fashionistas qui es vendu suivant le modèle de 8€99 a 12€99... vraiment dommage de ne pas trouver cette Barbie chic et pas chère en France...Merci pour tes vidéos que je regarde ,même si je ne comprends pas tout car je suis nul en langues étrangères 🤭😄

Woohoo, the one I've got came in at #2 🥳. I got the pink dress one on eBay (UK) where she was listed as "Barrie" (typo 😄). I've since put her on a Barbie Extra type body from AliExpress and she looks great.

I have the blue one from wave 6! (Millie varient, but it this time millies were actually really cute)

I wish you kept the photos longer on screen, they come and go so fast that we have a hard time to remember the picture

I actually loved the violet/dimples doll that you disliked 😅 the dress is totally meh in style and quality, but I love the face. I rerooted her hair because the hair she came with is so bad in quality (polypropylene) and gave her a mtm body. She's on of my beloved dolls now 😊❤

The recent glitz wave may symbolize what a glitz barbie should look like but for me i dont like the quality of the dresses. The glitzy print on dress fades especially when its touched or if the dress is taken on or off many times. I have those recent ones and proven tested, it fades overtime like disintegrated plastic ties.

I really like the cheap fembot looking ones!
